The next nine months passed by in a blink of an eye, Svern was very careful with his wife in the time frame. She was barely out of his sight for more than a few minutes, while others viewed this as overprotective and overbearing. Layla found it endearing and was filled with joy.

Nothing made Layla happier than being with her husband. Within a few weeks of her pregnancy, she was delighted to hear that her right-hand servant and Oni Mistake, was pregnant as well. It was a miracle for the both of them, little did they know at the time that it was exactly what destiny had foretold.

Finally, after 9 long months, Layla went into labor. Svern eagerly paced back and forth outside the room. Despite loving her husband, Layla didn't want him inside the room, he was sweet but caused too much panic.

"Emperor Svern," the commander approached him.

"What is it?" Svern asks as he turns to him "Can't you see I'm in the middle of something?"

"It's Stein, your highness." the captain replies with a serious look "He's received a prophecy."

"What?!" Svern turned to him quickly "Now?!"

"I will gladly receive it in your stead your majesty, I will record everything exactly to detail." the commander put his hand over his chest "You have my word."

"Please," Svern sighs as he turns back to the door of the delivery room.

The commanded headed out as Svern went back to anxiously waiting for his child to be born. Soon enough, the door opened and out came the doctor.

"It was a success, your majesty." the royal doctor tells him with a smile.

The doctor moved aside as Svern entered the room where Layla was holding her new child.

"Bunny," Svern says as he stood at the edge of the bed.

"Come here Svern," Layla smiles up at him "meet your daughter."

"Daughter?" Svern approaches them.

Layla moved the blanket around the child to show her face. Unlike other babies, their new daughter was quietly resting in her mother's arms. Svern peered over at the baby girl, she slowly turned her head to look at him.

"What should we name her?" Layla asks.

Svern hesitantly reached his hand out towards her. Layla's face changed as Svern went to draw back his hand, their newborn daughter reached up and grabbed her father's finger. Layla smiled happily as Svern's eyes softened and reached down to put his hand on her face. The newborn laughed and Layla's eyes lit up with happiness.

"Aria..." Svern mutters before looking at his wife "I think that should be her name."

"It's a beautiful name," Layla replies as she looks down at her daughter "cause she's, our treasure."

"Yes," Svern smiles as he watches his daughter pull at his fingers "our little star."
