Cloud laid back on his seat, pretty proud of what he accomplished. He was about to take a short nap until someone suddenly called on his phone, he reached out to grab it. Fuck... It's Kingsley.
Kingsley: "Yo asshole, what the fuck was that ending man? There's no way you actually did that. Are you like fucking stupid or something?"
Kingsley was definitely annoyed. Cloud was laughing his ass off cause he knew this would piss off at least one person.
Cloud: "Look man, there were much much worse stuff that could've happened."
Kingsley: "You got a death wish?? I'll fulfil it for you! If I ever see you on the streets I'm dragging you to an alley and killing your ass."
Kingsley was definitely not joking. Cloud dug his own grave and he has to find a way to stay away from it fast.
Cloud: "Woah woah calm down calm down.. I'll explain everything tomorrow yeah? When we get to our weekly meetup."
Kingsley: "You better, or I will kill you."
Kingsley hung up and Cloud breathed a sigh of relief. Now all he had to think about is what to say tomorrow.. Until his phone rang again. This time, it's actually someone he expected. Mari.
Mari: "NOOOOOO CLOUD NOOOOOOO! WHAT IS THIS??? YOU CANT!! NOOOOOO! ITS NAMED AFTER US TOO! THIS HAS TO BE BAD LUCK CLOUD!"
Mari was definitely shocked and sad. Cloud has to comfort her somehow.
Cloud: "Okay okay, I'll make a good ending just for you then..."
Mari: "But... How? There's no way you can make an ending just like that..."
Cloud: "I'll... Explain tomorrow."
Mari: "Okay Cloud... I trust you, it better be good though..."
Right um time skip cause nothing happens
Cloud, Mari, Ernst, Jax, Kingsley and Anna are all in the local Starbucks. Sitting down with their drinks.
Ernst ordered the most expensive one. Obviously since he's the richest. Cloud just orders some regular coffee. He really doesn't care what type he gets, Kingsley, Jax and Mari all just get water. And Anna brings a milkshake from outside.
Cloud: "Now I know why you're all here... It's about the story right? Just ask me your questions.."
Mari: "What is that ending?!"
Ernst: "Why am I emotionless."
Kingsley: "Ending."
Jax: "Why am I the bad guy?!"
Anna: "why did you use us as the characters?"
Cloud: "Alright, um... That's the ending cause I had much... Worse options. Like... Mari being kidnapped by Jax maybe? Cloud being kidnapped and "jailed" by Emilia... Them having a happy ending then dying... The options were limitless. However there was an idea of a good ending... And Ernst, that's just you man. For why Jax is the bad guy... We need an antagonist man. And Anna... Um... I wasn't expecting you to be the one to ask that but... Because I wanted to y'know relate to it... Ish.
Mari: "Why not the good ending?"
Cloud: "Because I'm already living it."
(Chapter was supposed to end here however)
Kingsley: "Corny ass."
Cloud scoffs.
Cloud: "You're really saying that in front of Anna?"
Kingsley immediately shuts up.
Jax: "You can't just use me as the scape goat... And also you should've let me beaten Kingsley, I definitely would've won against him."
Kingsley nudges Jax and glares at him.
Jax: "Really? In front of Anna?"
Kingsley immediately gets up and goes to the washroom, Anna immediately bursts out in laughter.
Anna: "Oh my God... I didn't expect Kingsley to actually be like that.. I thought all those stories about him shutting up when I was mentioned was all fake!"
Mari: "Also... What's with Emilia?"
Cloud: "Oh... She's the antagonist, antagonist of the 2nd part. By 2nd part I mean Clouds side, the story was actually separated into 2 sides. Mari's side and Cloud's side, I just focused more on Mari's side but on Cloud's side she's the antagonist.
Kingsley comes running back frantically.
Kingsley: "Another question! What the fuck is off with like, me. Like why the fuck was I like that."
Cloud: "That's how you are dumbass... Everyone in the story represents how they are outside of it. Except for Jax of course... He's smart but not willing to do the things that he did in the story."
Jax: "Wow, okay. Your ass better shut up before I add my own twist to this good ending."
Jax said jokingly. Though they don't know if he's actually joking or not.
Cloud: "Uhuh, I guess that's it... That's the end.'
Mari: 'Really?... That's the end already?..."
Kingsley: "Well... Yeah, that's it I think..."
Mari: "But... What about our story Cloud?"
Cloud: "It doesn't have to be documented to be a real story."
Mari: "Well... I guess you're right."
But... Is it really real if it wasnt documented? This story wouldnt even be real if this wasn't here. This story wouldn't even have "existed" if you didn't read it. So... Thank you. Thank you for making these people "real" although they aren't actually real... Atleast their stories were told. Atleast... Atleast we were known...

Creators note: yeah, this story actually wouldn't have existed if nobody was there to listen. This all started in discord dms when I decided to put my thoughts into a story. I have so much more ideas such as a dude who's childhood friend got "stolen" away from him... A couple who only has a few months left to live... A knight who's wish gets granted(next story). There are so much more but they'd only last like a chapter or two if they were realistic.
Also if you're confused... The ending from the start was supposed to have Cloud be a writer and wrote the story that you just read. One special chapter in particular actually has some dialogue about Kingsley being a bit pissed off that they added some "unnecessary" stuff.
Cloud and Mari are original characters that I thought up. Jax is a reference to Kingsley from weak hero, I know the names are inverted but who cares. Kingsley is another original character I cooked up... Ernst actually came from a game that I played and was so inspired I was like "Yeah let's add that dude in". Emilia and Anna are just random characters. And the story(first 3 parts) came from a song that I really liked and I thought "wow this is so heat I could make a story off of this."
Also Cloud's moon thing came straight from me, I was like in the night as per usual, looked up and saw no stars. I thought to myself... "everyone makes out these starts to be the most beautiful and shining pieces of art in the sky... But nobody gives any attention to the moon. The moon that illuminates the dark sky. The moon that shines brighter than any star. I always wondered... Why doesn't the moon get as much love as it should?"
The light that the moon gives outshines a million stars. We all look up and think "Wow... The stars are so beautiful", when we're missing the bigger picture here. The moon. The moon thats always forgotten, the moon that nobody really cares about. The moon thats just there.
