Ellie stood updating theOR board. She glanced to Jackson as he stood reading the cards that he had made to practice the board

"You know that you have nothing to worry about" Ellie said as she turned to face her boyfriend knowing it was harder for them to keep their relationship hidden

"I guess" he said

"You guys studying for the oral boards in the middle of the day? " Meredith asked

"Just another benefit of having a study buddy. You should get one. " Ellie said

"I have one. It's just that my stupid study buddy's too busy trying to save her stupid marriage to actually help me study" Meredith said

"Well, you know what's better than a study buddy? A study lackey. Check it. Hey, you. Brown-haired girl, you're up" Alex said to his intern

"Uh, trauma incident or a surgical situation? "

"You made your interns come up with study questions? " Cassie asked

" Surprise me. " alex said as Ellie rolled her eyes at him

" A 12-year-old boy fell off his bike, hitting his abdomen against the handlebars. Complains of progressive abdominal pain and is short of breath. Breath sounds cloudy. What is it?"

Jackson looked as his and Ellie's pager went as they held a look

" Sloan. 9-1-1. El, let's go" Jackson said as she nodded. She followed him as they walked off

"You know that this is getting harder you and me maybe we should look at telling people I mean it was great but now I feel as if we are hiding it and we have no reason too" Ellie said as Jackson looked to her and nodded

"I know I feel the same way.  I can't keep my hands off you. You have no idea the urge I have to drag you in the on call room and screw you all day" he said as she looked to him and smirked

"Oh you have a way with words Jackson Avery been having around with my brother too much" she said as he looked to her and smirked

"Carrie Rissler is my patient. Has been for eight years" Bailey said

"I'm aware. " mark said

"She was given six months to live, but after a mastectomy, oophorectomy, and risky experimental biological therapy, I managed to save her life. " Bailey said

"Which is awesome. " mark said

"D ... no, it is not awesome. It is a miracle. And when I saw on the O.R. board that my patient ... my miracle ... is undergoing a lymph node transfer without my knowledge..."

" She came to us, Dr. Bailey. Said she brought it to you a few months ago, and you shot it down. " mark said

"'Cause her extensive scarring makes her a poor candidate."

"That's what I thought. But then Avery suggested we do some angio studies on her arm... " mark said
