i stare at her with raised eyebrows, her smile never falters
"Anywho" she rocks on her feet "what's your name?"...
"I wish I could live in a gingerbread house," I say to Julio while we watch 'Shrek'
"same but it would be a bad idea, in 3 days max we'd have no house and we'd be morbidly obese"
I laugh at him "True"
"I really want to go to Target and get a load of candy" I say
"yes yes yes let's go" he stands up off the couch and pulls me up as well
I giggle "I need to ask Kill first"
he groans "overprotective little bitch" he mumbles under his breath
I shake my head at him and go to find Kill
I walk into his office and see him sitting at his desk with Carlo and Amora both on his lap
"awww"
his head whips to mine and he smiles lightly
I walk up to them "You're just so cute" I coo and kiss the kids' heads
"sooo.." i start
he raises and eyebrows "Yes?"
"Me and Julio want to go to Target" I rock on my feet
he sighs "Alright.."
my head snaps to his "Really?!"
he nods "But your taking Oliver and Diaz with you"
"thank you, thank you, you thank you" I kiss all over his face
he chuckles and hands me his card before kissing my lips
"I'll be back soon, bye my little prince and princess" I kiss their chubby cheeks
"bye bye mama"
I happily waddle downstairs where Julio, Oliver and Diaz are waiting
"This is so exciting!" I clap my hands together
"it's grocery shopping" Diaz furrows his eyebrows
"And? I've not been in a grocery store in years!"
they chuckle as we head outside and into a car

After around 20 minutes we arrive at Target and I happily hop out of the car
Julio links my arm as we walk in with Oli and Di behind us
Julio pushes the cart and we head straight to the candy isle
"woah" i look in awe
"This right here is heaven"
we both start grabbing anything and everything while I hear Oli and Di laughing behind us
Next, we move on to chips and grab about 15 bags, then cookies and finally, we buy a bunch of mini cupcakes
after about 45 minutes our trolley is filled with junk food
"This is a diabetic kid's dream" Oli chuckles
"I wish I could swim in this" I lick my lips as we get to a checkout station
we pile everything onto the conveyor belt while the worker looks at us wide-eyed
"h-hello how are you today?" she asks
"we're doing great" Julio smiles
"excuse me" I clear my throat "Are you single?"
Julio's head whips round
"oh um yes?" she replies
"what's your name?"
"Jessica" she smiles shyly
"It's so nice to meet you, Jessica, this is Julio" I push him forward
"hey" she smiles as she checks out some candy
"Hey, could I maybe... get your number please?" Julio asks shyly while my smile widens
"of course," Jessica says softly and passes him a piece of paper on which she wrote her name and number on
"cool, thanks I'll text you" he smiles and she nods her head before telling me the total
I hand her Kills card which she looks wide-eyed at before swiping it and handing it back to me along with the receipt
"thank you" I smile at her one last time before Julio pushes the cart away
I bump him with my hip "your welcome"
he chuckles "Thanks belle"
The boys pat Julio on the shoulder "Well done man looks like you'll get some"
"Why did you have to ruin it?" I scoff "We're looking for a girlfriend here not a one-night stand thank you very much" I scowl at Di and Oli who put their hands up in defence
we get in the car and head back home
Spider greets me at the door with his tail wagging and dancing on his paws
"hi my little puppy" I coo
"your 'little puppy' is a fully grown scary ass doberman" Oli scoffs
I cover Spider's ears "Don't listen to the bad man baby" I kiss his nose, he woofs before trotting away, probably to torture the maids
The boys bring in the grocery bags as Killian and the kids come downstairs
I hand him his card with a massive smile on my face
He kisses my cheek and looks behind me "fucking hell"
"What?"
he chuckles "You practically bought the whole store angel"
I just grin at him and open a bag of peach gummy rings
I give one to Carlo and Amora which they quickly gobble up
"more please" Carlo holds his hand out
"you can have more after dinner Prince"
"one to keep me going?"
I laugh and hand them both another one while Kill shakes his head
"What? I'm not a monster, I can't deprive my kids of peach gummy rings" I scoff
he laughs and shakes his head before me and Julio take a handful of snacks each and plop ourselves back on the couch to finish our movie while scoffing our faces
after 30 minutes I get a sharp pain in my stomach. I wince and sit up
