I groan and blink my eyes open, quickly closing them from the blinding lights above me
I hear some people rush into the room and the lights are dimmed
I reopen my eyes and sit up slightly looking around the room
"Hello Belize, how are you feeling" the doctor asks
"I don't know" my voice cracks
he hands me a plastic cup of water which I quickly down
"I'm fine, just confused" I put a hand on my bump but my hand goes straight down
I look seeing I no longer have a bump "Did you steal my babies?"
the doctor chuckles and shakes his head 'No'
"I didn't steal your girls Belize don't worry, they are in the NICU right now and will be able to go home in 2 days" he smiles
I furrow my eyebrows "I'm sorry I'm so confused"
"almost a month ago you were rushed here, you were bleeding and your stomach was in pain, we safely delivered your baby girls and since you've been in a coma" he explains slowly
i nod "i want Killian"
"he's already been called, he will be here soon. I just need to make sure you are healthy and you should be able to go home at the same time as the girls"
he checks a few doctor things, I wasn't paying attention just thinking about how I passed out and woke up a month later now having 4 kids
gosh
he tells me everything looks fine just as Kills literally runs into the room
I'm pulled into a bone-crushing hug and hear the doctor chuckle before he leaves
"I missed you so much" his voice croaks into my neck
he pulls back and kisses all over my face making me giggle before he leans his forehead against mine
he kisses my lips before pecking them twice more
"do you feel okay" he strokes my cheek with his thumb
I lean into his touch "I'm good, I was confused when I woke up though"
he nods and kisses my cheek
"Are the twins okay?"
he smiles brightly "They're perfect and so small. They have tan skin and light brown hair with green eyes"
I smile "Which names did you decide on?"
we had already chosen a list of names for them both and when we saw them we were going to decide which suited them best
"Stella Reign Adrianna Edris and Luna Reign Angelina Edris," he says as he shows me a picture he took
"they're perfect" I whisper
"they are"
the doctor comes back in shortly after saying that I need to rest
"I've been asleep for a month why do I need more rest" I whine
"doctors orders" he chuckles before leaving
"I'll be back in the morning baby" Kill smiles and kisses my lips
"i love you"
"i love you more" i yawn
he chuckles and strokes my hair before leaving
I rest my head against the pillow and quickly fall back to sleep
