"OH GOD" I groan in pain as Kill speeds to the hospital
"it's okay it's okay it's okay" he repeats, I'm not sure if he's saying it to me or himself but it's not convincing either one of us
Tears roll down my cheeks in pain, in fear, in how overwhelmed I am
"kill" i whimper
he looks over to me then the blood running down my leg
I notice a tear slip from his eye
"I'm so sorry baby" he sniffles "I'm so sorry"
"I'm scared" i whisper
"me too angel" he squeezes his eyes shut for a moment before pulling into the hospital
he already called them on the way here so there's a doctor and a nurse with a bed ready to take me quickly, waiting outside
as soon as we park I'm lifted onto the bed and rushed into the hospital
I start feeling weak like it's physically draining to keep my eyes open
"I need you to stay awake for me Belize" the doctor says wheeling me into a room where nurses are rushing around
I try, I try so hard but I can't stay awake any longer, my vision blurs before it's overtaken by darkness

As soon as Belle was wheeled into a room I was pushed outside, told to sit in the waiting room
They just want me to wait around while the love of my life is bleeding, in pain while pregnant with our twin baby girls?
Luckily this is a small private hospital and nobody else is in the waiting room apart from me right now
I call Enzo telling him and Julio to come here
right now I just need my friend, I don't care if they see me cry, either of them, I just need the comfort.
They both run in 10 minutes later, panting
"Is she okay? are the babies? what happened?" they rush out
"I-.."
I can't answer them apart from the sob that rips out from my throat
they both don't move, shocked for a moment before Enzo hugs me as I cry into his shoulder
"she was b-bleeding an-and I'm so scared" I sob "What if something happens to her? I can't live without her but I can't abandon the kids I don't know what I'm going to do"
"It's okay, don't worry about the 'what ifs' and if anything happens I will help you in every way but she is so strong, she survived everything. That girl will make it, she can survive again" he reassures
"I can't live without her Enzo, I won't," I say sternly
he doesn't reply, only rubs my back soothingly with a worried look in his eyes as Julio looks off into space
