Jungkook's footsteps echo in the dimly lit hallway as he makes his way to Yoongi's apartment. The weight of their previous argument still weighs heavy on his mind, but he's determined to put it behind them and focus on the task at hand: the investigation.

As he approaches Yoongi's door, Jungkook takes a deep breath to steady himself before ringing the bell. The door swings open, revealing Yoongi standing on the other side, his expression serious but welcoming.

"Jungkook," Yoongi greets, stepping aside to let him in.

Jungkook nods, stepping into the familiar surroundings of Yoongi's living room. The atmosphere is tense, filled with anticipation as they both know the importance of the information they're about to review.

"You're late." Yoongi gives Jungkook side eyes.

"I need to put Jimin to sleep first before I leave." Jungkook nonchalantly replies with a double-meaning grin.

Yoongi motions for Jungkook to take a seat on the couch as he retrieves his laptop from the coffee table. With a few clicks of his mouse, he pulls up the footage from the CCTV cameras, displaying it on the screen for them both to see.

"You need to stop treating him like a child, Kook," Yoongi scoffs with a smirk. "Gives him a treat before you leave? What is he? A five-year-old?" He taunts with a teasing mock.

"Well, you fuck a five-year-old? Sounds like a paedophilia to me." Jungkook smirks as he shoots Yoongi a sassy gaze.

"Damn you," Yoongi scoffs, making them both laugh. "Anyway, I managed to pull footage from the past few days. I've been scanning through it, looking for anything suspicious." He explains, pointing to the screen.

The light air slowly dissipates when Yoongi redirects them towards their main agenda tonight. Jungkook leans forward, his gaze focused on the screen as Yoongi plays back the footage.

"We'll start with the footage from Jimin's workplace," Yoongi explains, his voice calm and focused. "I've narrowed down the time frame to when Jimin would have been there so that we can focus on any suspicious activity during that window."

They watch in silence, their eyes scanning the screen for any sign of unusual activity. After what feels like hours of watching mundane footage, Yoongi pauses the video and rewinds to a specific moment.

"Here," Yoongi points to a figure lingering near the entrance of Jimin's workplace building. "This person has been standing there for quite some time, just watching."

Jungkook leans closer, squinting at the figure on the screen. "That's... strange. Do we have any idea who it could be?"

Yoongi leans back in his chair, running a hand through his hair. "It's hard to say. There's a lot of footage to sift through, but so far, nothing concrete. Just the usual comings and goings of employees and clients."

Jungkook's shoulders sag slightly, disappointment evident in his expression. "Damn. I was hoping we'd find something that could lead us to the shadow."

Yoongi's gaze softens, sympathy evident in his eyes. "I know, Jungkook. But these things take time. We can't rush it."

Jungkook nods, trying to push aside his frustration. "Yeah, I know. It's just... frustrating, you know?"

Jungkook leans forward, his eyes scanning the screen intently as they watch the footage playback in real-time. They observe the comings and goings of employees and visitors, but nothing seems out of the ordinary at first glance.
