The clock strikes noon, and the golden rays of the sun filter through the curtains, gently nudging Jimin from his slumber. Jungkook, already up and about, wears a mischievous smile as he approaches the bed.

"I understand that my baby is tired but it's afternoon already," Jungkook sits on the bed, gently ruffling Jimin's hair. "You already missed breakfast so you must wake up for brunch, okay?"

"I'm awake." Jimin's groggy voice is heavy with sleep as he curls up and rests his head on Jungkook's lap.

"At least, open your eyes, baby," Jungkook scoffs when Jimin doesn't even bother to open his eyes. "Come on. I'll help you with the shower." He massages Jimin's back, earning a soft whine from Jimin.

"Thanks but I can manage it."

"Sore?" Jungkook can't help but smirk when he feels Jimin squirm under his touch as he massages his back and all the way down to his thighs. "Was I too harsh this morning?"

"The real question is, when did you not go as rough as you could?" Jimin finally opens his eyes and looks at Jungkook judgingly. "Be grateful I'm not being a bitch to you for all the soreness and the aftermath after every session."

"Why not?" Jungkook's smirk only stretches wider when he can predict Jimin's answer but still needs to hear Jimin say it himself.

"Because I love it a little too much to even complain about it." Jimin rolls his eyes back, making Jungkook chuckle.

"Exactly." Jungkook smiles proudly.

"Oh, also because you give the best aftercare," Jimin smiles with his nose scrunched, slowly dragging his body to get up. "I'll be quick," Jimin says and walks away to the bathroom.

"Baby, I'll be in the kitchen, yaa?" Jungkook says a little loudly and leaves when he receives an okay from Jimin.

As Jimin freshens up, Jungkook heads to the kitchen to put the finishing touches on brunch. The sound of sizzling bacon fills the air, mingling with the sweet aroma of pancakes cooking on the griddle. Jungkook hums to himself, his movements fluid and practised as he flips pancakes with expert precision.

By the time Jimin emerges from the bathroom, the table is set with care, adorned with fresh flowers and neatly arranged cutlery. Jungkook turns to greet him with a warm smile, his eyes sparkling with affection.

"Looking fresh, baby," Jungkook compliments, stepping forward to press a quick kiss to Jimin's lips. "But I'm afraid that you need to change." He looks at Jimin from head to toe—in his usual weekend attire: Jungkook's shirt and a pair of boxers.

"Why?" Jimin frowns.

Jungkook is about to answer when the sound of the doorbell stops him. They exchange a glance as Jimin is confused because they're not expecting anyone this afternoon.

"I'll go get it." Without thinking much, Jimin goes to get the door. "Oh, wow, what's the occasion brings everyone here?" Jimin exclaims lowly as soon as he opens the door and is greeted by the whole family there—his and Jungkook's families.

"I can see someone is still in the honeymoon phase even after five years." Jiyeon immediately teases him.

"Shut up, noona." Jimin deadpans as he knows that his sister is teasing him because of his outfit. "Anyway, come in, everyone." He invites them in and he goes to get Jungkook right away.

"Why didn't you tell me that our parents are coming?!" Jimin whispers-yells at Jungkook in the kitchen, shyness washes all over now that he greeted them looking like this.
