I have been the personal Guard to Princess Dalana since she was nine years old, I saw her as a younger sister. She is a beautiful tiger Khajiit with stunning blue eyes, since blue eyes are rare in tiger Khajiit she has been subject to kidnapping, but thanks to our diligence we have stopped all kidnappings.

Today we are at the Magical academy for the princesses final test in combat and conjuring, she was nervous but I knew what she was capable of. I had been her training assistant with some of her summons, Princess Dalana was next I stood beside her as she performed her exam. She summoned a flaming familiar then she summoned a demon before she was asked to summon one of the hardest summons. She centered herself before casting her spell, before our eyes a mystic Fenrir appeared beautiful and tall with Silver fur and ice blue eyes.

Next she and her summoned creatures fought the training dummies and the trained knights who were only using low charge spells. Watching how she was fighting along with her familiars was hard to watch but I was so proud of her. Seeing this made me realise that she could defend herself if I wasn't there for her, the test lasted for over forty minutes before she was declared the winner. We walked backstage and waited for the results.

"Y/N how did I do?" Princess Dalana asked when she sat down

"You did wonderfully, you should be proud" I encouraged giving her a smile

"I was so nervous" she admitted

"It didn't show, you will be an amazing leader" I assured her patting her shoulder.

We waited for a few minutes before everyone was asked onto the stage, we walked to the stage I by the rules stood by the stage keeping my eyes on her and the surroundings. I noticed that the King and Queen had arrived and were sat in their box watching, Dalana noticed and instantly straightened her back.

"Princess Dalana, you have passed with the highest marks. Congratulations" the examiner said.

He went on to announce everyone's results before dismissing everyone. The King and Queen both congratulated their Daughter.

"I am so proud of you Dalana, you are going to be an amazing Queen one day" Queen J'Eara said giving her a hug.

"Yes my love, as amazing a leader as you" King Hammal replied

"Thank you both. I will see you both at home" Princess Dalana said before excusing herself and we walked towards the carriage.

It was a long journey back to the castle but it was fun, we chatted for over an hour before I noticed something was wrong. In the treeline I noticed several people following us on mounts, I banged on the door telling the driver to take a secret road I had prepared before hand. The driver took the road but the pursuers were still after us, Princess Dalana knew what was happening and got her short sword out ready along with her flying familiar. She gave it a scroll before commanding it to fly, all we had to do was survive.

To our horror the carriage was flipped over, I got out along with the Princess. We were now in a fight for our lives, the coachman was also helping us to fight off the attackers he had been trained by our knights so he could hold his own. It felt like hours had passed when the last one fell to the ground, I knew we weren't safe yet. I turned to the Princess when I heard a grunt come from behind her, on instinct I ran to her. Throwing my arm around her shoulders I shielded her from an attack, I felt a sting in my shoulder and a numbness spreading through my body. Holding the princess close I defended her until help arrived, the sound of horses running towards us filled me with relief as I saw the Kingdoms flag coming towards us.
