I kept looking at her via the see through glass as she kept typing something furiously on her system. A smile appeared on my face as she paused, pouted and rolled her eyes. She seemed to be analysing something as she played with the strands of stray hair which kissed her cheeks.

'Damn it!!! She's quite a thing if she shuts her mouth!!!' I chuckled at my thoughts when my phone started ringing and I noticed it was Simi.

'Are you alive??? Where the F have you been you Giant??? You don't check your mails do you???' she practically yelled and I kept the phone a little away from my ear. Ahhh she can make a decent man go deaf.

'Shanky??? You there??? Helloooo!!!' she yelled again.

'I am here Simi...Can you please spit out that loudspeaker you probably swallowed as a child. I don't know if it hurts your throat or not...it definitely hurts my eardrums!!!' I said when I heard shuffling papers making a noise and she said

'Oh trust me!!! It's better than being your lawyer you Shanky Panky!!!' she said and I narrowed my eyebrows as I heard that nickname. I hate it!!!

'Dont!!! Don't call me that!!!'

'Fine then... please do the great favour of bringing your elephant sized ass into my office with your busy little would be wife who hasnt picked my calls since two days!!! Even as I call her now... she's not picking it!!!Ahhh!!! You both busybees...made for each other!!! I'm telling you Shanks...quit this stupid idea of contract...marry the woman for real and make loads of junior Shankies... ohhh no no...many more like you...ahhh not a good idea...make many more of junior Anikas!!!' she said and I rolled my eyes saying

'We have been busy since the last two days Simi!!! I haven't even met Kevin!!!' I said and she giggled. Her gutter brains.

'Shutup Sim!!! Soak your brains in soapwater. Anamika joined office and she has been busy with her new responsibilities and I am busy with some...last minute wrapping up before going to Australia. Also this time if I won't meet Srishti Di she's going to sue me for real!!! To add on...I haven't even told her about the marriage fiasco...infact I haven't told anyone!!! Neil... uncle, aunty, Ma...no one!!!' I said playing with the little show piece kept on my table.

'So what you are waiting for? Look Shanky... Nayaks are still manageable!!! But you know Srishti Di...she's a little too protective about you and Sati. You must inform her well in advance!!! I thought Sati and Srishti would join you guys at the wedding!!!' she said

'There is no way Srishti Di can know about it!!! You know her!!! She can find a mole from an entire Himalayan mountain range!!! This one's a feigned marriage. She'll never let that happen!!! So everything should be a private affair!!! I'll come to your office tomorrow morning along with Anamika!!! ' I said and Simi hummed.

I knew sisters have a ton of rituals that involves sisters but I couldn't risk the entire setup inviting the tsunami herself. Sati was a baby but Srishti Di...I wasn't scared of mom during childhood days as much I was scared of her. She was just 4 years older than me but she had always been the typical elder sister.

Everyone knew about Srishti Di. If I'm called the Ogre...they call her Medusa!!! She's the sassiest of the sassiest!!!

'Good morning Mr.Nayak!!! May I come in?' she asked as she stood holding a file in her hand. My eyes immediately transitioned from my laptop screen to her beautiful face as she timidly stood at the door.

'You may!!!' I said and she slowly walked into my cabin. Pink suits her so much more. I mean I liked her in darker shades too. But pastels are more her thing. Her long beautiful braid, that pale white skin with absolutely no make-
