Meeting Room No POV

The pirates were still fighting as somehow no one has died as Barbossa got up on the table and shot into the air to get everyone's attention as he had the double chain and ball in front of him and dangling over his crotch and it looked wrong. The pirates all noticed it as well.

Barbossa: it was the First Court what imprisoned Calypso. We should be the ones to set her free. And in her gratitude, she will see fit to grant us boons.

Jack:<looks between Barbossa's legs then goes back to where he was standing> whose boons? Your boons? Utterly deceptive twaddle-speak, says I.

Barbossa:<gets off the table> if you have a batter alternative, please, share.

Jack: Cuttlefish.

Everyone looked at Jack strangely as Jack and Wade started walking towards the other end of the long table while Jack spoke.

Jack: aye. Let us not, dear friends, forget our dear friends, the cuttlefish. Flipping glorious little sausages. Pen them up together, they'll devour each other without a second thought. Human nature, isn't it? Or... or fish nature.

Wade:<signs> aquatic.

Jack: Aquatic nature. So, yes, we could hole up here well-provisioned and well-armed. Half of us will be dead within the month. Which seems quite grim to me, any way you slice it. Or... uh... as our learned colleague so naively suggests, we can release Calypso, and we can pray that she will be merciful.

Wade:<signs> which we rather doubt it.

Jack; aye. Can we pretend she's anything other than a woman scorned like which fury hell hath no? We cannot. Res ipsa loquitur, tabula in naufragio. We are left but one option. I agree with, and I cannot believe the words are coming out of me mouth...

Everyone saw Wade shaking his head from slow to a more fast pace kind of like begging at Jack not to say it.

Jack: Captain Swann. We must fight.

Wade:<facepalms>

Barbossa: you've always run away from a fight.

Jack; have not.

Barbossa: have so.

Jack: have not.

Barbossa; have so.

Jack: have not!

Barbossa; you have so, and you know it.

Jack: have not. Slander and calumny. I have only ever embraced that oldest and noblest of pirate traditions. I submit that he now that is what we all must do: we must fight... to run away.

Gibbs: aye.

All: aye!

Everyone liked that idea.

Barbossa: as per the code, an act of war, and this be exactly that, can only be declared by the pirate king.

Jack: you made that up.

Barbossa: did I, now? I call on Cap'n Teague, keeper of the code.

Both Jack and Wade frowned at hearing that name. Sri Sumbhajee elbowed the pirate to his right.

Pirate: Sri Sumbhajee proclaims this all to be folly! Hang the code. Who cares a...?

A shot was fired as the pirate was hit in the heart as he fell backwards as everyone but the Twins looked over to where the shot was fired from.

Teague: Code is the law.

All the Pirate Lords sat down as Teague walked over to the Twins. Anamaria and Elizabeth noticed that Wade like Jack didn't want to look at Teague.
