"Where did you get that teddy bear from?" I furrowed an eyebrow as I seen Ariana placing a big ass hello kitty bear on her bed.

"That cute neighbor next door gave it to me." She cooed.

"Is that so?" I placed my hand on my hip.

"Mhm, he's really cute mama. I wish I was his age."

"Don't rush it Ari, you shouldn't be lookin' at older guys." I closed her door behind me.

I peeked out the window next door and once I seen Kayla car leave the driveway I jogged over to Chris's house.

I banged on the door heated ready to get in his ass. Chris looked confused as he opened the door.

"Don't look so surprise to see me." I walked in his house without a invite.

"I mean you said you ain't want shit else to do with me so what the hell are you doing here?" Chris threw his hands up.

"You sending my daughter shit now?" I yelled.

"Woah chill, I ain't send your daughter nothing."

"So how the hell she get a teddy bear from you?"

Chris chuckled. "I ain't think it would be such a big deal, I saw her and your son at the carnival last night. I won the teddy bear for Kay but she said Your daughter could have it."

"I'm sure she did, that's every hoe favorite line." I scoffed.

"Aye ain't you a little to old to be disrespecting my lady?" Chris defended Kay.

I let out a soft chuckle. "Oh so now I'm old, but a couple of weeks ago you were trying to get with me with your weak ass game."

"Get the fuck out my house with that bull shit dawg, don't you have a family to take care of?" Chris walked over towards the door, clearly trying to kick me out.

I can tell I was pissing him off, and at this point I honestly don't care anymore.

"I surely do, have better things to do since I'm a grown woman."

"You most definitely don't act like it." Chris scratched his head.

"I have two words for you, fuck you." I stuck my middle finger up at Chris as I walked out.

"I have one for you...BITCH." He yelled and slammed the door shut.

I felt all anger build up inside of me, I've never had a male call me out my name and that just showed me how young and immature Chris really is.

I wanted to run back and kick his door down and beat his ass, but it's not even worth it. The hell I could even get Mario to whoop his ass but knowing Chris he'd be petty and tell Mario about my Affair I had with him.

I did the right thing by walking away to cool myself down.

Kayla

I was at the nail salon with Christina, it's been a min since we've hung out. Christina is my best friend, more like a sister to me.

"Wha' co'luh you wan'?" The Chinese lady asked.

"Light pink, this one." I handed the nail polish to the lady.

She smiled and nodded her head as she started on my pedicure.

"I can't believe you got back with mr.petty." Christina looked over at me.

"Don't start christi, you know that's my baby no matter what we go through." I sighed.

"I know Kay, I just don't want him to think its okay to keep hurting you. You run back to him every time. Don't get me wrong I love Chris he's my little bro, but he don't have his shit together. You deserve better." Christina ran her fingers through her hair.

"I know I do. One day he will grow up."

Christina rolled her eyes "if you say so Kay."

It felt awkward talkin about me & Chris's situation, so I changed the subject.

"How's my violet?" I asked.

"Ahh my princess is good, she asks for you all the time." Christina laughed.

"I have to see her before I go back to NY."

"She'll be home tomorrow, she's with her dad for the weekend."

"Mm." I coughed.

"Don't do that Kay." Christina laughed.

"I ain't say a damn thing. I'm sippin' my tea." I laughed with Christina until my phone buzzed.

It was a text from Chris.

Wya? I miss you.

I smiled as I responded.

At the nail salon with Christina, I'll be home soon. Miss you more!😘😘

I found myself laughing at my own text I sent Chris. Christina looked over at me.

"The hell you giggling about?"

"The text I sent Chris." I laughed again.

"Oh lord. Say no more." Christina shook her head.

I cried on Christina's shoulder so many times due to the heartbreaks Chris put me through, but he always find a way to bandage my heart.
