Chapter 12(Celestine)

I look at my phone to see a bunch of people dm'ing me and commenting about the stories I posted with Alex, just as I finish reading all their texts I get the text I actually wanted.
Alex: Hey rose, you free for a few hours today?
A few hours? What exactly does he have planned? I text an 'ok' and he tells me that he'll pick me up at 4 today, I let my mom know and aunt Eddie immediately pulls me aside with that smirk and I know what's coming
"You know I'm hoping you two are going to hang OUTSIDE for today."
"Why?"
"Cause last time you went to his house to figure out what you guys are, all that led to is him eating you out."
"Aunt Eddie shush! Moms right there!"
"Oh relax I know when to hush, now, stay out for today so you guys can actually talk instead of having multiple orgasms maybe?"
"OH god, I'm leaving."
"Don't cum!"
I'm honestly surprised mom doesn't hear our conversations, but very thankful. Man if she heard all this she would loose her head.

I spray my favorite perfume when I hear the car honk, I grab my purse and head towards the car when I see Alex, standing there waiting for me in front of the passenger seat,
"Hey"
"Hi rose"
The moment I get close to him he does something to surprise me, he places his hand on my jaw and tilts my face enough for him to give me a gentle, sweet kiss. I don't know how he switches the way he kisses me like that, normally our kisses are fast, desperate, teasing, passionate, hot. But this, this was sweet, gentle, caring and loving in way that made my stomach do backflips. It was a small and light kiss but it made me lean towards him for more, but he stopped me, when I opened my eyes his cheeks were.....pink?? Wait he was blushing?? His cheeks were full on pink and his smile was shy and- oh my God. He looks so cute, this is adorable I swear.
"Let's go rose, there's a question I never answered." Which one Alex?

I make my fifth and final attempt as the claw machine finally holds the teddy bear all the way to the end. I swear these things are rigged. I hear her laugh and excitedly rush to take the toy out, I chuckle at her. "Take care of it rose, getting it was not easy."
"I know, I saw you try five times"
"OH so you think you could have done it faster?"
"Well....." Her childish smile and gleam in her eyes answered my question for me. "OH I'm coming after you rose" She squeals as she instantly starts running, I run after pretending I can't just catch up to her in a matter of seconds, because I know she's on the high, she's having fun and I can see on her face she loves this. Bringing her to this fair was a good idea, I knew she'd like it.
While running she turns back to look at me and gives me a bright smile that warms my heart, but because she turns back she doesn't notice that she's about to bump into someone, so I immediately grab her and pull her aside before she hurts herself.
"Woah sugar careful there," oh for fucks sake. Out of all the people, Allan is the one we meet right now. I feel rose stiffen in my hands, I know he makes her uncomfortable, hell he makes everyone uncomfortable. "Oh look who it is, the pretty girl and- oh, Hunter." I pull rose closer to me protectively and stare him down, he gets the hint but the fucker decides to stop looking at me and look at her instead. "Say doll, how about you and me ditch this big guy and head out for a real date instead." My blood boils, who the fuck is he? The only fucking reason I'm not breaking his nose right now is because he handles 20% of his father's business, his father who's my father's goddamn business partner.
"Back off Walter."
"What it's not like she's your girlfriend, just let me have her for some time, she looks fun" that smile with those words are absolutely disgusting, he comes closer and tries to grab rose, no way in hell am I going to let anything happen.
I step in front of her and put my hand on his chest to shove him away. "You stay the fuck away from my girl you hear me?" His eyebrows shoot up, he knows I'm serious. Which means he also knows I'm no longer with Mindy. "Your girl?" He peeks over me at rose and gives her a curios look, "Doll, are you his girl?" This entire time her face had been a mix of anger and fear, but now at hearing the question I saw her cheeks go pink, but she does something that surprises me. "Yes. I'm his girl, and he's my goddamn guy so get the fuck away from us you freaking creep." I try my best not to break out grinning right there, instead I glare at Walter telling him to walk away. He finally decides its not worth the trouble and walks away, i turn to rose and tell her that we should probably get to the car.

From the fair to the car was a five minute walk, not that long at all but it felt like an eternity because she didn't say anything the whole time, I look at her face to see her cheeks pink again,
"I can only hope you meant what you said rose, because I know I did."
Her brows furrow, "what?"
"You are my girl rose. You were confused how you felt about me, but I know how I feel about you. You are my girl rose, I would never let anyone else touch you nor me. I give you my word with that." She looks at me for a while letting it all sink in before she speaks up again, "So, what are we?" I smile, as if the labels matter. She can call us whatever the fuck she wants, all I know is she's mine. "What do you wanna call it rose? It's up to you, all I know is that I'm yours and your mine." She seems confused and I get why, this whole thing was very random. She once asked me why I didn't just leave Mindy when she got too close, well..... rose is the goddamn reason. If I cut off Mindy, Mindy would've had all her friends cut me off, including Celestine. And I was too desperate to let that happen. Every time I came to Mindy she was there, beautiful as ever, and once I saw her I couldn't fathom not being able to talk to her anymore, even if it was just a few words. When Mindy cheated, it gave me a chance. A chance to leave Mindy, a chance to talk to Celestine as more than just Mindy's boyfriend, a chance to make rose mine. And that's exactly what I'm doing. Rose is still clueless about this but I know she'll agree with me, why? Cause I know she wants me too. She just doesn't fully realize how much. "Boyfriend and girlfriend?" I smile at her and nod, I lean to give her a small kiss on her forehead and then drive to her house. I'll tell her everything, I will. All in good time.

Boyfriend and girlfriend? I just blurted that out! And he agreed? I'm so fucking confused. This entire thing escalated and I have no clue how. It started with a pretend fuck deal and now we're boyfriend and girlfriend? I don't even get why this happened. Ok, not that I'd ever mind calling Alex Hunter my boyfriend but I don't understand why he would ever want to call me his girlfriend, or call me 'his' as he keeps saying. I don't get any of it. From my best friend's boyfriend he's now mine? What? This is so messed up.
