note: I'm hoping to maybe get a double update tonight and upload a Beth/Viv chapter because I didn't upload yesterday, however I actually don't have any written and spent the weekend in London so we'll see how the day goes.
'I don't think I want to know the sex...' Lia admits softly as she runs her fingers through the blonde's hair as she lies on her stomach with her head resting against her bump.
'No? We don't have to find out then. I am more than happy either way.' Leah replies nodding her head.
'I just- I think going through IVF we go so few surprises that I just want this to be a surprise... I mean we're going to love them either way.' Lia says.
'Mm-hmm... Have you decided what pram you'd like? I know you said we'd look together but I honestly don't have a preference over the Bugaboo or the Silver Cross; I like them both.' Leah asks.
'Honestly? I think I prefer the Bugaboo. I don't like the idea that one is going to be at the bottom and be so hard to see if we're walking and stuff.' Lia admits causing Leah to smile.
'We can get the Bugaboo then. It probably will be better to have them side by side to see them and talk to them.' Leah replies.
'Yeah, exactly... I know it makes it wider but I've seen them out and about and it seems fine.' Lia says.
'We could order it today, if you want? Either online or go into a store... Mum has made me promise that we'll get the pram delivered to her house because apparently it's bad luck to have it in the house before they're born but we could order it today?' Leah suggests causing the brunette to smile as Leah rolls onto her back so she's facing her.
'Yeah? That sounds perfect. I don't mind ordering online; we'll probably have more colours and stuff to chose from if we do it online rather than a store.' Lia replies.
'Mm-hmm... We can do it before we go out. What time are we meeting Beth and Viv again?' Leah asks.
'Around 2... I said we'd just meet them at the park because they're at the clinic this morning.' Lia replies causing the blonde to smile.
'We have time for a nap...' Leah says quietly causing Lia to smile.
'We absolutely do have time for a nap.' Lia replies smiling.

'We ordered our pram today.' Leah says smiling as she glances at Beth who is pushing Piper's buggy while Vivianne and Lia walk slightly ahead of them with Piper in between them.
'You did? What one did you settle on in the end?' Beth asks smiling.
'The Bugaboo Donkey... We just decided that we would be more comfortable having them side by side especially while they're so young and not having one down on the bottom.' Leah replies.
'Oh I love the Bugaboo... I think because it's twins you're better with the side-by-side; I wouldn't mind doing the tandem one now because Piper is a bit bigger but definitely not with two newborns.' Beth says and Leah nods her head.
'Yeah, I wouldn't mind it with a toddler and newborn. How are things going with the clinic? Are you guys back on track to doing a transfer?' Leah asks.
'Mm... Scan this morning was good, lining is looking good so hopefully transfer soon.' Beth replies smiling.
'That's good. It's so hard when things can change so suddenly, isn't it?' Leah says and Beth nods her head.
'Feels like an emotional rollercoaster.' Beth replies smiling as she watches Vivianne and Lia each hold one of Piper's hands as the little girl lifts her legs off the ground and swings in the middle of them both.
'How's Wally doing? She's absolutely glowing, isn't she?' Beth asks and Leah nods her head.
'She's amazing... I mean I know she's uncomfortable at times and she's struggling with tiredness because of the anaemia but she's an absolute champ honestly. I just- The strength she has to just keep showing up every day amazes me.' Leah replies.
'I love that you guys found each other... It had been a long time since I had seen you so happy, although took you guys long enough to admit it.' Beth says causing the blonde to sigh.
'I think I was just scared, Beth... Lia meant so much to me even just as a friend and I just- I didn't want to lose that. I didn't want things to end and then to lose that as well. I learnt my lesson after the Jordan break-up and I didn't want to relive that.' Leah admits.
'That's understandable... You had a rough time after that, you both did. But you've both found your person now and I'm so happy for you both.' Beth says smiling.

'Take my hand. Take my whole life too. Oh, for I can't help falling in love with you.'
Her arms wrap around Lia's waist and she rests her chin on the brunette's shoulder and gently begins to sway them from side to side.
'What's got into you, hmm? You're awfully cuddly tonight.' Lia asks smiling as her hands settle on top of the blonde's.
'I just love you.' Leah says softly.
'I love you too.' Lia replies smiling.
'Let's get married.' Leah says.
'W-What?' Lia asks turning around to face the blonde.
'Fuck this wasn't supposed to be how it happened... It wasn't what I planned, that just came out.' Leah replies shaking her head.
'You had plans?' Lia asks biting her bottom lip as she stares at the blonde.
'Mm... I'm sorry, you deserve better than me just blurting it out in the kitchen.' Leah replies shaking her head as she covers her face with her hands.
'Hey, look at me... I would love to marry you. I don't need anything big and fancy, I just need you Le and to me this is perfection.' Lia says softly causing Leah to smile.
'Stay here... Don't move.' Leah says pressing a kiss to the top of Lia's head. She rushes upstairs to collect the ring from the bottom of her training bag before making her way back to the kitchen.
'Lia Joëlle Wälti, you make me happier than I ever thought I could be. You're my best friend and partner all rolled into one and I couldn't imagine not having you in my life.' Leah begins as she holds the ring in one hand and Lia's hand in the other.
'I could sit in silence with you for the rest of our lives and it was still mean more than a thousand words with anyone else. I love doing life with you and I can't wait to be raising our babies as a little family... Will you do life with me forever and do me the honour of becoming my wife?' Leah asks, tears filling both her and Lia's eyes as she lowers herself down onto one knee and opens the ring box.
'Of course I will, Le.' Lia replies smiling. Sliding the ring onto her finger, Leah smiles as Lia pulls her back to her feet and wraps her arms around her neck.
'I love you.' Leah mumbles.
'I love you too.' Lia replies grinning.
