Cale in Pokemon

Battle Weekend

Lt Surge, "Well then ready for your battle, young man."

Alain nodded, "I have been looking forward to it especially after watching Aria battle."

Lt Surge, "Have you pulled a token?"

Alain, "Double thunder signs."

Lt Surge grinned, "Perfect, it has been a while since I had a double battle."

Alain muttered, "So that's what double electric signs mean. Not bad."

Referee, "This is a double battle between Lt Surge and challenger Alain from Kalos. Both sides will pick your two Pokemon. Once picked, you cannot change the Pokemon. Place the rest of the pokeballs in the slot you have been given besides you."

Alain, 'Convenient, okay I have chosen.'

Lt Surge, "Ready young man?"

Alain, "Yes, I have picked."

Referee nodded, "Very well then, we will begin in three, two, one, choose your Pokemon."

Lt Surge, "Raichu, Magnezone. Time to battle."

Alain, "Metagross, Charizard, let's do this."

Referee, "Begin."

Alain, "Metagross, psy beam, Charizard use flame thrower."

Lt Surge, "Magnezone, dodge."

Magnezone grabbed Raichu who clambered up and dodged the strong combo attack heading towards them. Lt Surge was grinning, they just started and the young man was already starting the battle strong. He was very excited as he ordered his Pokemon to counter with flash cannon powered up with Raichu's thunder. Raichu used her thunder on Magnezone who used it to power their flash cannon and attack Metagross and Charizard who moved in opposite directions to dodge the attack. Alain was looking very excited as he ordered both Metagross and Charizard to fly closer to Magnezone and Raichu.

Cale, "Alain looks like he is having fun."

Raon, "Charizard and Metagross too."

Hong, "I can't wait for our battle."

Ohn, "Me too."

Ash, "Ooh! That was a quick save."

Ruby, -Exciting.-

Raijin, "Woo Hoo."

Flora was watching the fight with bright eyes, "Bulba."

Aria, "Fighting Lt Surge is fun. I swear I felt a surge of excitement when I fought him. It could just be adrenalin though but it was satisfying."

Delphox, 'It was exciting.'

Alain, "Now Charizard fire fang on Magnezone and Metagross use meteor mash on Raichu."

Lt Surge, "Time to give the finishing blow, Raichu thunder blast full power and Magnezone super cell slam full power."

Ash, Cale and Aria watched with wide eyes as both high level Gym Pokemon  powered up their attacks before releasing it. Charizard and Metagross were not far behind as the charged up their own attacks with Metagross and Charizard adding layer after layer on the meteor mash and Fire fang before releasing the attacks. The resulting clash created a bright explosion of yellow, orange and silver from the meteor mash. The Pokemon closed their eyes cringing from the brightness of the attack. When the dust cleared three Pokemon were down and only one Pokemon was left standing.
