(This is my AU, not actually how the Gleeful's get Will)

Mason's POV:

Mabel and I walked up to the alley way. This is where we were supposed to get our new slave, a rare demon from another dimension, a powerful dimension. Apparently, our little demon friend was also royalty, which made him extremely valuable. We walked deeper down the alley, only to find the one that sold the demon. He turned and gave us a toothy grin, showing off his yellow teeth. "I suppose ye came for thy demon?" He waddled over towards us, holding a rope that was attached to something in the shadows. Mabel nodded, stepping closer. "Ah, perfect! Follow me, young souls. Thy demon is this way..."

We soon arrived at a tight little room, with no furniture, or no light. Only scattered candles giving off a faint glow. I looked at the man, who was now fiddling with his one peg leg. "Where is our demon at, fool." I mumbled, grabbing him by the arm and pulling him closer. "We paid two million dollars for this. Give us the damn demon." The man smirked and nodded. Now pulling at the mysterious thing in the shadows. It obviously didn't want to come out. "Come out, ye olde coot!"

After about a minute of him struggling to pull whatever the thing was out of the dark, a small, blue-haired person fell onto the ground. He looked like hadn't slept in days, and hadn't eaten in years. The man grabbed the boy by the arm and raised him to his feet. He looked scared, and was covered in dried blood and bruises. Mabel and I exchanged looks, both knowing something was wrong. "Be careful, young souls," The man stated, his grip around the boy's arm tightening. He cried out in pain, trying to push the man away, but just wasn't strong enough. "Thy little fellow is capable of many things. I've witnessed them. Ye shall beware." The man shoved the boy towards us, me catching him. I looked back at where he was standing, maybe to try and confront the man about how he was treating the demon, but he was gone.

I leaned down to comfort the terrified boy in my arms. He was shaking and scared, as if seen the most hideous things ever. After looking at him, he probably had seen the most hideous things ever. I picked some of the blood off his cheek. "I promise, that monster won't ever come back and hurt you." I whispered, Mabel smiled and agreed. "What is your name?" She gave Will a pat on the head. After a few moments, he whispered, "W-William..." I chuckled and held William close, his head resting on my shoulder. "Well William,"

"You'll be safe with us. With me."
