Link:
I soar down to the ground on my paraglider. I'm still utterly confused by what just happened, so I make a mental note. I lost the master sword, I lost all my gear, I lost princess Zelda (again), and my health and stamina were depleted by some form of ominous, evil zombie that's basically just dehydrated Ganondorf. My life is confusing. I see Hyrule castle floating in the distance, and a giant hole in the ground.
I keep gliding downwards. Apparently I have to go to "Lookout Landing". Whatever that is. I look down. The ground is only a few feet away. I drop down gracefully onto the grass. The wind blows softly as I scan my surroundings. A massive tower catches my eye. It is surrounded by a tall, medieval style, pinewood fence completed with a grand opening. The fence is surrounded with spikes, also made of pinewood, and two burly guards are holding spears near the entrance. I cautiously approach one of the men. This isn't my usual head-on style, but I'm not very well equipped. With only a tree branch. No shield no bow, and just some old ragged clothing. As I inch closer, I see that I shouldn't be afraid. The guards are just Hylians. They run to greet me.
"Is it... really him?" One whispers to the other. His hair is unkempt, and his clothes are rather rugged. One of his leather shoes has a large hole at the toe.
"I... I... I think it is!" The other says in full volume. He is rather good looking, and more stylish than the other, but his voice is a tad strange and nasally. "Go get Purah!"
Purah? Are they talking about who I think they are? That's when I see the dashing young woman agilely sprint across the dirt road. Dust clouds behind her. She adjusts the goggles on top of her head.
"LINKY! It's you! Are you okay?" She is inspecting me closely and maneuvering my limbs. Especially my new arm." I was so worried about you! Ever since the upheaval,"
"Upheaval?" I interrupt.
"Oh yes! She snaps her delicate fingers and points to the unearthly Hyrule castle, " See Hyrule castle floating in the sky? And that big hole? That's the upheaval. You must have noticed it on your way here. Once you and the princess disappeared, islands also appeared in the sky. The are quite a peculiar sight. Well, anyway, where is Zelda?"
"She is still missing." I sigh.
" Oh well. I have something to tell you," she brushes off the news, and guides me inside the pinewood fort. "This is lookout landing. Here we are investigating the upheaval, and everything going along with it. Also. we have constructed these bad boys. She slaps the mechanic tower that caught my eye, "This is a Sky-view tower. You can used it to update your map on your new 'Purah Pad'. I made it myself" She hands me a device reminiscent of my old Sheikah Slate.I really hope this'll work. I already put these all over Hyrule."
"Wait. You hope they work?" I reply with worry.
"Yeah! I was hoping that you could test it for me!"
"I'm... I'm not sure I want to."
"Oh come on. Please?"
"Ugh. Fine."
"Thank you!"Purah claps her hand together.
Before I knew it, I was being shot up into the air. The pressure was unruly. I had to shut my eyes for a few seconds, and make sure my mouth stayed closed so my lips weren't peeled off. Then I heard a little beep. It was from my "Purah Pad" or whatever. A little portion of the map had appeared. The Skyveiw Tower worked! I pulled out my paraglider and glided back to the ground to tell Purah the news.
