Riju:
The sand shroud has cursed my town, and the surrounding area. But since Link came, we have been rid of these awful Gibbdos. Except for now. We are slashing away at the source of this madness. The queen Gibbdo. We are both trying our hardest, but Link certainly has something else on his mind.
"Hey Link!" His head makes a quick rotation to face me. "Keep your head in the game."
"... Oh. Right. Sorry about that." Link fixes his gaze back onto the gargantuan figure. He smashes it one last time before it lets out an ear-piercing squeal. It deflates until there is nothing left. At last the sand shroud will no longer be a problem for so many.
"Link," I begin.
It takes Link a second to reply as he stares into space, "... Oh! What?"
"Something on your mind?"
"Um... no."
"Link, I can tell you're lying." I give him a stern glare. And put my hands on my hips.
"Ugh. Fine. I guess my personal life has been a bit... busy... as of late."
"Elaborate please." I continue to urge him on.
"I'm... engaged." He blushes and I see a bashful, little smile start to peek out. As he fiddles with the ring on his finger.
"Oh goodness! Who is the lucky vai?" I clap for Link and give him a cheer. But surprisingly, Link frowns at my remark, and I see a tear form in his eye.
"Yeah. She is great."
"Oh! I'm so sorry for assuming! I didn't mean to..." I trail off. Link has shrunk down into the ground and puts his head into his arms. I see his body bounce as he starts crying. I get down next to him, and give him a big hug.
Link sniffles, "It- it's o- okay. Y- you couldn't h- have known."
"Well then," I continue to ask him even though he clearly doesn't want to talk, " Who is the lucky voe?" Link wipes his tears away, but still doesn't look at me.
"King Sidon." Link smiles at just the thought of him. "I couldn't imagine it being anyone else."
"I think I've heard of him. Zora right?" Link nods back at me. "He sure is lucky to have such a brave, courageous, dashing, handsome... hey are you laughing at me?" Link starts laughing harder.
"Are you hitting on me Riju?" Link smiles at me. Now I am Laughing too.
"It kind of sounds like that doesn't it? I stand up. "Well, I have to go back and see how Gerudo town is doing. See you soon Link!"
"Wait!" Link shouts towards me. I pivot around to face him. "I want to invite you to our wedding. It will probably be in a week or two. So... will you come?" Link looks like he means it.
"Why, of course! I would love to see you and Sidon together! Just teleport to the Shrine outside of town when you have an exact date and time." I have never been to a wedding. Especially a Zora/Hylian wedding. So exciting!
"Thank you so much!" Link exclaims before teleporting to Zora's Domain. Such a nice guy.
