I wake up. Still in my dress. The sun is barley rising, and Sidon is still asleep. Wait. We fell asleep?!  This is not good! Not good at all! I shake Sidon awake.

"Daddy?" Sidon opens his eyes just a slit. He sounds groggy.

"What? NO! It's me, Link!"

"Oh! Sorry!" Sidon is a bit more alert now. "Sweet Hylia! Your gown is a mess!"

"And so is your suit!" I reply, and look at my Purah Pad for the time. "Reception starts in 18 hours. We gotta get ourselves cleaned up!" We rush back to our room, strip off our clothes, wah them, and take turns in the shower. In three hours, we are all cleaned up and ready to go. When I'm changing back into my dress, I see a notification. It's from my doctor. I tell Sidon I need to go for another hour, and I'll meet him at the top of Polymus mountain. He doesn't question me. After my appointment is done, I meet Sidon at the top of the mountain, and see Kapson setting up. I can picture how beautiful tonight will be.

"Hey, kids!" Kapson waves at us. "I thought you said this event would be small. But Look at the Domain! So many people!"

Sidon sighs in disappointment. "That's what happens when Yona is around."

"That Yona." Kapson shakes his head is disapproval. "Always getting in the way of things." Then he shifts his head to me. "Oh Link! I love your dress. I didn't know you were transgen-"

"It's not like that!" I blush. It makes me mad how I'm always associated with women. Ever since that Gerudo incident five years ago. But really, I shouldn't be complaining. I guess I am kind of feminine. We all stand in awkward silence until we hear Dento arrive and clear his throat.

"I have the rings!" He declares nice and loud. He clearly wants to be heard. "Reception doesn't start for many more hours, but we are letting guests start climbing up the mountain to get here in 30 minutes."

"30 minutes? That's still over ten hours away from the reception! Doesn't that seem a bit early?" I ask.

"Indeed it does. But Yona insisted and told all of the guests  to come as early as possible." Dento replies. "Before people start coming, we should probably touch up on the decorations before they start arriving. In about twenty minutes, Yona and Purah come hawling an abundance of cakes. We have the original one right here she motions towards one at the top of a pile by nodding her head. "But we figured we might make more to accommodate all the people."

"Makes sense." I reply. We take them out of the boxes, and set them all up onto a table.  "How many people are coming anyway?"

"About six-hundred." Yona seems calm like it's just a few people.

"SIX-HUNDRED!?!??!" I knew there was a lot, but I didn't there would be that many.

"Yeah. Most of the Gorons ended up not being able to come. Something about rock-roast." I try to keep my cool, but it's difficult. Soon, the first people start arriving. Within an hour, over      one-hundred people are here. Some make small talk with other guests, some mistake me as transgender, and others congratulate me and Sidon.  But most ask about Yona.

"Weren't you dating Yona?"

"Why isn't Yona in a wedding dress?"

"Link's your best man? So cute!"

It's one awkward conversation after the next. But when the time comes, and Kapson urges everyone to be quiet, it's magical. The sun starts glimmering over the horizon, and the sea shines. The wind makes music through the trees.  I'm urged to the bottom of the mountain, and wait for the signal.
