Link and I pressed the button to activate the main terminal, but then something happened. The sludge maneuvered and pulsed and made gruesome noises. Then a tiny Octorock appears.
"Well that's not bad!" I chuckle. Then It twists, and turns. It pulses, and mimics the shape of a gargantuan shark. Coated in sludge.
"Welp. You jinxed it." Link rolls his eyes at me. Then he pulls out one of his swords. I giggle. Classic link. Always bursting straight into battle without any extra precaution. The only straight thing about him. I join him. Letting him use my water sorcery to do extra damage. Sure enough, he shrinks back into his Octorock form. We can beat him up pretty easily this time. We continue this process for a while. Until finally, we beat him.
I lean in for kiss to say congrats, but Link just keeps walking to the main terminal. I sigh and hurry after him.

Sidon really needs to learn when a good time for romance is. Who knows what else might happen before we leave. I love him and all, but he really has a gay problem. I activate the main terminal without a hitch. But oh no, we can't leave without some Zora-ghost-monk-god-thing giving us a monolog about the Great Calamity.
"Blah blah blah...water sage... Blah blah blah... inherit my water powers... blah blah corny shit blah blah... Sidon." Oh great! She is done talking. What I got out of that is that Sidon is supposed to inherit some sage powers and shit. Okay. But what happens next surprises me. Sidon gets down on one knee and a ring forms in his hand.
"To you, I swear my vows as a sage. I will protect you wherever you go. Whatever you do. As you husband."

"Your husband!" Sidon is getting very persistent.
"Oh. No no no no no. We haven't officially been together for a day! I'm not ready for that kind of commitment."
"Oh I see." Sidon looks down to the ground ashamed, "Well then I will help you by your side as your closest companion and you can summon my avatar to aid you on your quest."
"That's better!" I laugh. Sidon does to. Just for fun, I give his cheek a little smooch. He smiles.
