I really feel like shooting one of these men.

I wince, blinking over the film in my eyes with a headache brewing in my temple. Auggie plays with toys beside me, taking his mode of Black Panther and making him play with a barbie. Through my clouded mind, I calm at the sight of him and then look up to see Roman studying him.

"Was August born prematurely." His voice reaches my ears, and for some reason, it helps calm the nerves. My brows furrow, wondering why he is asking, but its a needed distraction.

"Yeah. By almost a month they told me." I reply, sitting up to lie back in the seat.

"Was he born in a hospital?" Roman passes Auggie a bottle of water, and Auggie takes it, silently looking over at me as he drinks from the bottle, I kiss his cheek, making him smile, and he goes back to playing with his toys.

"No."

"Then who delivered him?"

I stand feeling weak but needing something to eat when I hear my stomach growl. "I did."

Now Roman and Enzo turn to face me, Enzo asking "You delivered him?"

I just nod, reaching past both of them for an apple on the table, but he grabs my wrist making me look at them. Enzo'seyes look into mine as well as Roman's and now, as I'm looking at them both, they do look like brothers. As they both look at me, I want to spill everything. I want to say how afraid of him I am, of them both. I want to say how scared I am that he'll take me from my boy as soon as he gets what he wants. I wish things could've been different, but if they are, I would have never had Auggie, and out of everything that has happened, all the misery, Auggie has been my only light.

Knowing they want an explanation, I sigh and I sit beside them, taking a bite of the red apple. "I didn't know I was pregnant with him. It was an ectopic pregnancy."

"You're little FBI agent wasn't there to help?" Roman asks me and I shake my head.

"Nope. There are many things I had to do to keep us both safe and things I had to do by myself and will have to do."

I hope they understand my warning; when it comes to it, I will do whatever I can to keep us safe. They stares at me a little longer, and my eyes flicker to the knife at Roman's side. Roman runs a hand over the stubble on his face, and I wonder what he will look like with a beard.

The door of the back of the plane opens, and I see the men enter, bringing in plates of food. Auggie pops up, clambering onto my lap, when a plate is put in front of us. I thank Liam, and he takes a seat on the couch next to the table with the rest of the men.

"Go sit in the seat, kid." Alexi says, seeing Auggie nestled in my lap. Auggie tenses looking up at me, and I glare at the one-eyed prick. I tell Auggie to sit and eat, using my hands to shield his ears so he doesn't hear me put this fucking asshole in his place.
