Viyansh had been informed of Vaidehi's attendance at her friend's mehendi ceremony, prompting him to head straight there from his office. Upon arrival, he found the venue bustling with activity as guests indulged in dinner. Amidst the sea of people, he scanned the room in search of his wife until his gaze locked onto her. Vaidehi sat gracefully amidst her friends, her hands adorned with intricate henna designs being delicately applied by a skilled artist. Her attire exuded elegance, as she donned a pristine white lehenga adorned with a lavish golden embroidered border. The fabric hugged her figure exquisitely, accentuating her grace and poise. A verdant green dupatta cascaded from her waist to shoulder, veiling her chest with a subtle allure, adding a touch of vibrancy to her ensemble. Vaidehi's hair was meticulously styled into a flawless French braid, cascading down her right shoulder with effortless grace. Each strand seemed to fall into place with perfection, enhancing her natural beauty. Viyansh couldn't help but be utterly captivated by her stunning appearance, as she exuded an aura of elegance and charm that left him completely awestruck amidst the festivities.

Viyansh POV,

I couldn't help but admire my stunning wife today; she looks absolutely breathtaking. However, my immediate focus should be on apologizing to her for the salad fiasco and the unfortunate incident with her phone. Unaware of her current location, I called her driver for details. Upon reaching her, I sent the driver back. She was deeply immersed in conversation with her friends, completely unaware of my presence. Seeing an opportunity to playfully tease her before offering my apology, I decided to sneak up on her from behind and give her a little scare. However, just as I was about to approach her, the words of her friends captured my attention, causing me to pause and listen in.

Girl: "Hey girls, listen up. Since Ananya is getting married, she'll write her fiance's name on her mehendi. But since we're single, we'll write the name of something that brings us joy and happiness. Vaidehi, you should join in too."

Vaidehi: "Okay"

Now, this was intriguing. My wife agreed to this playful gesture, opting not to write my name on her henna. I was curious to see what she would choose instead. However, my train of thought was interrupted when the henna artist asked her what she wanted to write on her hand.

Vaidehi: "Aap "Viyansh" likh dijiye." (Write Viyansh)

A smile crept onto my face.

Girl: "Hey, I said write the name of something that makes you feel good and happy."

Vaidehi gave a humble smile to her friend and replied.

Vaidehi: "That's what I'm doing."

I couldn't quite articulate the emotions welling up inside me at that moment. Despite being physically absent, she still chose me as her source of happiness. It reaffirmed our love and the depth of our connection. I vowed to never disappoint her because she means the world to me; she's my baby after all mera bachcha.

Another girl chimed in, "Then we'll ruin your henna."

All the girls burst into laughter, and a frown creased my Jaan's face. However, her response left me torn between feeling proud and wanting to laugh. She said.

Vaidehi: "Meri mehendi kharab ki na toh Ansh ko bol kar case kar dungi tum sab pe, huh jealous people."
(If you ruin my mehendi, I'll tell Ansh, and I'll file a case against all of you, huh, jealous people.)

I couldn't help but chuckle, and even her friends were laughing at my Jaan. I mean, seriously, she's threatening them with my name. Wow. Although it shows the trust she has in me.

Girl: "You're head over heels in love with Jiju. He must have put a spell on you."

Vaidehi: "Ayee mere Ansh ko Nazar mat lagao tum sab, Varna pitai karungi"
(Oh, don't jinx it, otherwise, I'll beat you all up.)
