It has been a week since that awkward encounter with Vincent but it has only gotten slightly less awkward the more him and Vincent hung out. That's right, Vincent has been willingly hanging out with Rody! Rody couldn't believe it either. Rody had learned a few things about Vincent, Rody was always the one talking more now that he's gotten more comfortable. Vincent mostly listened and did other things during their chats. They've been hanging out after the bistro closes.

Which, the bistro was closed now and Rody immediately went to Vincent's office as a new found habit. He opened the door and there was Vincent. Rody then spotted a wine bottle on Vincent's desk with two wine glasses next to it, one near Vince and one on the other side of the bottle where Rody sits. He raised an eyebrow as he stepped in. "What's this for?" Rody looked at Vincent as he walked over to his seat.

Vincent was slouching and had his eyes closed, pinching the bridge of his nose. Vincent has already had two glasses of wines and it was already getting to him,  he was a lightweight but still drank on occasions or times he just felt like he wanted to despite not being able to taste the alcoholic beverages at all. They still made him feel a way that made him feel good, except for the nights he couldn't remember.  He sat up when he heard the office door open, opening his eyes and putting his hand on the desk. He turned his head to Rody then smiled. "Just thought we could have a little drink while we talk. Something wrong with that?"

Rody sat down and shook his head. "Not at all." He smiled back. "But I probably won't be able to get home if I drink-"

"You can stay with me tonight." Vincent just wanted to see what would happen if he got Rody to drink, think of it as an experiment. Except he also just felt like getting drunk this night with the stress of some of the costumers leaving or getting upset about the food. Today was just not a good day for some reason but hopefully tonight will be better.

Rody gave a nod, not sure what he was expecting for Vincent to say. He watched as Vincent leaned forward to grab the wine bottle. "Oh, I got it! I am the waiter after all" He said, slightly joking but he was okay with being the one to pour the drinks. He grabbed the wine bottle before Vincent could then popped the top off, a quarter of it already drank, starting to pour into the glasses.

Vincent sat back in his chair when Rody grabbed the bottle before he could, not minding that because he was starting to have a headache. Was that going to stop Vincent from drinking another glass or two? Definitely not. He grabbed the glass that Rody poured for him and took a big sip, looking at his glass as he did.

Rody finished pouring the glasses and set the bottle back where it was before. He saw Vincent pick up the glass so he picked his glass up as well. He took a small sip. Unlike Vincent, he rarely drank because he knew how he could get when drunk. It's not bad but he'd act on impulse and say the first thing that comes to mind. He took another sip then set the glass down. "So, today was a bit of a stressful day... May that be another reason you feel like drinking?"

Vincent had his glass halfway finished, he was drinking fast tonight. Mainly to clear his head. He's been stressed and confused as of late. He's mostly been thinking about Rody and he didn't even know why. He just knew Rody was impacting his life, in a good way. He looked at Rody when he asked if stress was another reason he wanted to drink. "Yeah, a bit." He took another big sip of the wine.

Rody knew it was that, or at least thought that was the main reason. He never knew somebody that just wanted to get drunk for the sake of it so he didn't think Vincent was someone like that. Rody looked down at his glass that was set on the desk in front of him. "Well, I'm sure tomorrow will be better." He smiled softly.

Vincent groaned as he sat up fully, his body feeling weak. It's like he could just go limp at any moment. He finished the rest of the glass then set it on the desk. He looked at Rody, Rody has barely even drank half of his cup while Vincent is must downing drinks. His headache got worse. Maybe he should cut himself off. "Yeah, hopefully."

Rody could tell Vincent was pretty out of it. Maybe Vincent's had drinks before he got there? Or Vincent's a real lightweight. Either way Vincent should probably not have any more drinks. He wasn't sure of what to say now, a silence falling between the two men but it wasn't an awkward silence this time.

Vincent stretched his arms out and grunted then leaned back in his chair. "I shouldn't have drank as much as I did." He mumbled, mostly to himself but also so Rody knew he shouldn't pour him more drinks.

Rody looked at Vincent, his eyes following every move from the other. He heard Vincent's comment and chuckled quietly. "We should wrap up, you seem pretty out of it." He smiled and stood up, not going to finish his own glass.

Vincent looked at Rody. "Eh, I'll be fine. You should still enjoy yourself." He waved a hand in dismissal as he spoke. He sat up then also stood up since Rody did, stumbling a bit as he did. Yeah, he drank a bit too much for his normal amount.

Rody shook his head. "I'll be okay, I rather not drink so much." He walked over to Vincent. "In the meantime, I'll clean this up. You should probably head to bed."

It was kind of nice knowing Rody cared about him, even if it was only a small gesture like this. He looked over to door. "I don't think I'll be able to walk up those stairs by myself." He looked back at Rody, not even going to attempt to look confident in himself when it came to that. He rather not end up falling down the stairs. Because that's totally not happen before when Vincent has drank...totally.

Rody chuckled. "Just give me a second while I clean this then I'll help you up." He had no problem helping Vincent, he liked helping people. He grabbed the two glasses then walked out of the office.

Vincent nodded then sat back down, he felt dizzy standing up and Rody will probably need a minute before finishing cleaning. He sighed and leaned back, slouching low in the chair. He didn't care how unprofessional he probably looked, his drunken mind wasn't concerned about that but his sober mind would.
