Vincent was wearing a black turtleneck, jeans, and black shoes. He walked into the kitchen of the bistro as he waited for Rody to get here, unsure what to do while he waited. He already finished some work he had to get done and the bistro was already cleaned so he couldn't do that. As he was thinking of what to do he heard a knock on the back door in the kitchen, turning his head over to it. It must be Rody, smiling at the thought.

Rody set his bike against the brick wall of the bistro then walked over to the back door. He wondered if it's locked, reaching for the door knob and trying to twist it. It was locked. He sighed. Hopefully Vincent is in ear range to hear him knock. He gently knocked on the door.

Vincent walked over to the back door, unlocking it then opening it. He smiled at Rody once he saw Rody standing there, always looking awkward. "Hi Rody, come in." He stood out of the way for Rody.

Rody had a hand on the back of his neck and a goofy wide grin on his face. He nodded quickly when Vincent said to come in, putting his hand down and stepping in. He turned to Vincent as Vincent shut the door behind him.

Vincent shut the door behind Rody once Rody was inside the bistro. "We can hang out in my office or go upstairs to my actual apartment?" He turned to Rody as well, crossing his arms.

"Can we actually make something to eat? I'm kinda hungry..." Rody laughed nervously, unsure how Vincent would react to his question.

Vincent paused and thought for a moment. Did Rody not eat when he woke up? For someone like Rody, Vincent would think that Rody would eat like a normal person. Unlike Vincent who just makes smoothies of everything his body needs then drinks it. But that's because he didn't have taste buds. "Did you not eat when you woke up?" He questioned as he turned his head slightly to the side in a curious manner.

Rody felt nervous and awkward as Vincent just stared at him when he asked to make some food. He looked down. "Well, I kind of woke up once you called me and I don't really know how to cook. Plus my kitchen is a mess-" He was about to list reasons to why he didn't eat but Vincent cut him off.

Vincent sighed. "Okay." He cut Rody off. "We can make you something to eat." And by we Vincent meant himself because he doesn't trust Rody with the kitchen after hearing all that. "What do you want?" He wasn't sure if he'd like a full meal or something small.

Rody was thankful that Vincent was okay with getting him something to eat, perking up and smiling again. "Hm." He took a moment to think. What did he want? Something small for sure, don't want to use much from Vincent's restaurant. He finally thought of something. "A grilled cheese?" His eyes widening in joy like a child when given something they love.

Vincent didn't expect something too big of a breakfast for Rody but Rody was an above average man body wise so at the same time it was still something to question. He raised his eyebrow as Rody asked for a grilled cheese. Simple and easy to make so maybe he should teach Rody how to make one. Maybe then he'll actually eat breakfast next time. "Sure, that's fine."
