Bakugo couldn't stop the tears running down his cheeks. In the box were things Piper cared about. Photos, trinkets, notes.

He didn't regret opening the box. However, the emotions he felt were 100% unwanted. He wasn't expecting anything to be left after the fire, but here it was.

Listening to the front door, click then open. Not moving, he continued to stare at one photograph. "Kacchan." Someone spoke, he wandered if there was at least one with the green haired man. He was her friend to, after all.

Midoriya had come into the room Bakugo was currently in, "Kacchan? What is that?" Bakugo's throat tightened, "It's uh... Just, um."

Words couldn't describe how he felt. It didn't help he had always had a small crush on the girl, Piper being his best friend, who always knew how to make him smile, laugh, and feel better about himself.

Midoriya emidietly knew the Ash Blonde was crying, quickly moving to try and comfort him. Bakugo just pushed him away, "I don't need your sympathy, Deku."

He would have yelled at him like usual, but seeing the photos emotionally drained him. The Green Haired man just nodded, understanding his friend didn't want to talk. So he left and went to his room, and for all you curious people out there. They are roommates, friends, and colleagues, NOTHING else.

By nothing, I mean, NO BakuXDeku ships in this story. I know what some of you are thinking, lol.

Meanwhile, across the city. By the way, it's like 3 pm, "Author, why are we just now knowing that!" I know, I know. Sorry.

Our favorite Raven haired girl was riding her motorcycle back from the city next to Masutafu, Tokyo. Also, yes, I know I spelled Masutafu wrong in previous chapters, I'll be sure to write it right from now on.

She usually runs errands there. Why? I don't know why, either. That's a long drive. On the Metro, it's like 2 hours; she speeds anyway, so it probably takes her just as long.

The wing hero, Hawks, has spotted her bike. Flying next to her while shouting, "You know you're speeding right K.P.!" Startled, she swerved a bit. However managing to stay upright, "Jesus, you winged fuck, what the hell!"

He laughed while apologizing profusely, Hawks is the only person besides the LOV who knows her identity. The only reason why that is is because of Dabi. At one point, Hawks was undercover for both the Heroes and the Villains. Not choosing a side, so you could say he believes in Piper's ability to get what she desires.

"What are you doing all the way out here?! It's 1 hour from Masutafu!" Hawks yelled, trying to keep up with her. Piper just shrugged, "I could ask the same for you!"

Good point, Piper. Good Point, Hawks just gave up. He flew beside her till they got back into their home city. He did ask Piper to stop when he did, only so he can rest and catch his breath; and she obliged.

Hawks really isn't that much older than she is, he's maybe like. 30 something. 5-7 years ago, he was the number 3 hero, though after the war; he got badly injured.

Yes, there was a war, and it's spoilers. If you wish to not be spoiled, I suggest closing the pages to this book now.

Hawks is actually still wearing the oxygen mask from all those years ago, Piper thought it looked dorky. However, she feels for him, "Poor chicken." She whispered to herself, waving to her friend as they parted ways.
