Narration:

The Berk Institute Dragons arrived at East Bridge Institute for the one of the most awaited games in this year's Qualifiers. Following the 'Dragons' were their own caravan of fans, who wanted to show support for their team.

The gym was jampacked and was split into two sections which was never seen before in a qualifying game before. The cheers and chants were going back and forth between the fans of the 'Knights' and the fans of the 'Dragons'.

Hiccup Haddock III and the 'Dragons' are all getting their heads in the game.

Hiccup was trying to drown all other thoughts other than basketball through music from his mind but the cheers was doing a greater job.

Third Person's POV

Hiccup had his eyes closed when he felt a tap on his shoulder. He opened one eye and saw Fishlegs standing beside him, he removed one of the earbuds.

"Are you okay?" Fishlegs shouted trying to overpower the audience, "I am." Hiccup replied, "Are you excited for the game?" Fishlegs asked, "Yeah." Hiccup replied, "You know, we're both undefeated and it will all change today." Fishlegs told him, "Really? So that means after today we'll be the only undefeated team left." Hiccup commented which made Fishlegs smiled, "Yeah, that's right." they fist bump each other.

Hiccup was looking inside his bag when he saw the familiar headband, "Why did I brought this with me?" he pondered as he pulled it out from his bag, "I should have left this at home." he told himself.

"It seems you still have it." Hiccup turned to Fishlegs, "I just accidentally packed it." he replied, "So what are you going to do with it?" Fishlegs asked, "I... I'll wear it for the last time." Hiccup said as he put it on his head.

Astrid's POV

Earlier in the day

I just woke up and I still don't want to get up went my phone began to ring, "Hello?" I greeted, "Where are you?" Heather asked, "Home." I replied, "The 'Dragons' have a game today at the East Bridge Institute, Coach Helga said we need to be there." she told me, "I don't want to go." I replied, "You have no choice, we'll picking you up so go and prepare. We're on our way." Heather declared as she ended the call, I sighed but did what she told me so I went and prepared even though I didn't want to.

I walked out of my house and saw a black SUV which I know belong to Heather, they were already waiting for me. "Let's go!" she gestured me to hurry up but I just stared  at her.

We arrived at school and three buses were parked inside, one for the 'Dragons' and two for those who wanted to support them. It was quite a surprise that the school provided these for the 'Dragons' since it was the first time it ever happened.

We lined up along the other students and got in at the third bus with the Coach Helga and the other Valkyries.

The game was about to start and the crowd was heckling each other but I don't really care about them, I was focused on Hiccup, who was still sitting on their bench.

I saw him pull out something I recognized and I was shocked to see him wear it on his forehead, it didn't feel happy but instead sadness since it felt like he was telling me that this is the last time you're going to see me wear this.

All I could think of was, "I lost him."

Third Person's POV

Commentator 1:

"IT'S GAME DAY! Ladies and Gents, I welcome you all to the game nobody would have thought that everyone will be eager to witness. A game between the reigning and defending State Qualifiers Champions, the dominant East Bridge Institute Knights versus the rising and scorching Berk Institute Dragons."
