Ronald
"Looks good I think." Leonardo said on the phone. I was cleaning my dishes and since I was bored doing it alone I called him. Luckily I convinced him to cook something and now I am sitting on the couch judging his meal.
"No, it do look good Leo." I laughed. "I mean it looks like something edible."
"See, I'm no cook Ronald." He sighed. I watched as the camera flipped around and showed his face.
"You doing good little daddy. I'd eat it if I could." I laid back and lifted my phone to my face.
"You're lying. I guess I should eat it though right?" He sighed. I watched him look down before placing a fork in his mouth. "Taste like chicken." He nodded.
"See you did a good job." I smirked. "I'm eating pizza tonight. I wish I had a home cooked meal prepared by a fine ass man." I joked.
"Unfortunately you don't but I do." He smirked.
"Oh so you admitting you're fine as fuck." I asked.
"I never denied that I was. I know I'm a handsome man. So are you." He said casually.
"Flirting with me huh?" I laughed.
"No, I'm just stating the obvious. You are a very handsome man and so am I. Though beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I'm sure most would agree we're attractive." He stated.
"Have you always felt attractive?" I asked.
"Of course. I've always been tall with tan skin and hazel eyes. I had no reason not to be confident." He placed another piece of meat into his mouth. I wish it was my meat. "When I started dating Mary though I felt a little out of place."
"Why?" I asked.
"She was very smart and she didn't date men like me. I felt stupid compared to her exes." He shrugged.
"You don't think you're smart?"
"Not when I compare myself to other people. Take you for example, you moved 200,000 dollars in two days. I could never dream to do that."
"You threatened my life, of course I moved that money fast." I laughed. "Plus I'm not smart. I've made horrible life choices that have landed me in the place I'm in."
"You regret it all?"
"I do, well most of it."
My actions have led me to take lives and have those I love killed. I regret almost every moment but meeting people like Leo makes it worth it.
"So do I." He sighed sitting back.
*~*~*
My hands stayed steady as I lifted the weights above my head. I breathed through my nose and slowly lowered my arms. Again I lifted my arms up above my head.
"Stop fucking being sexy while we work out." Ariel glared at me. Her curly hair was tied into a ponytail and she had on a simple workout outfit. She looked stressed.
"I'm not." I laughed setting the weights down. "Don't tell Chris but I'm going to handle some business tonight." I wouldn't have told her but in case something happens someone should know.
"Fucking fuck Ronnie." She set down her weights. She flopped down onto the floor of the gym. People was looking at us but I ain't care.
"What princess you knew it was coming he did too honestly." I shrugged. "I got a tip on the nigga who drove the car and now I'm bout to go and run his ass over."
"Ronnie please just let it go. It'll be an endless cycle if you don't." She cried.
"You know I can't let this shit slide princess." I smiled sadly. "Imma be alright I promise."
