"Hey, Yllezabeth, we're going to have a masquerade night next month, wanna be my date?"

"Nope." I instantly rejected him.

He is so full of himself. Pangit naman.

"I'll just ask your sister, then." He coolly smirks. "What does she l—"

"See this fist?" Pinakita ko sa kanya ang kamao ko dahilan ng bahagya nitong pag-atras saka tumawa ng mapakla.

It's been two months since my sister start teaching here and most of her admirer came to me just to asks about her.

It's making my blood boil but I couldn't do anything about it.

"Who are you going with?" He asks instead, blushing from the embarrassment I caused him. Kasama niya mga kaibigan niya, he's so confident that I'm going to accept his proposal. Ew.

"Us. Get out of my sight." Clementine said calmly, however the coldness of her eyes makes the jerk and his friends quickly ran away, afraid that they'll get into her nerves.

"Mga walang binatbat." Mallory chuckles.

"Thank you, Clems." I smiled before sitting beside Beau.

Clementine just nodded.

"So, me and Clems are partner in the upcoming masquerade night." Beau informed. "Therefore, your partner is Mallory." She added.

"Clementine is a royalty and isn't it forbidden for them to be partnered by a commoner?"

Mallory chuckled. "Worry not, my friend. It's a masquerade night, no one will know who is who."

Sabagay.

"Alright. Don't want to cause trouble." I sighs. "You know, my sister is here, baka pati siya maparusahan."

"Again, worry not, my friend, for our friend here is the Great Clementine." Beau, mimicking Mallory.

Napatawa kaming dalawa ni Mallory ng nilagyan pa ni Beau si Clementine ng koronang papel na ikinairap ng isa.

This is our everyday routine in school, us meeting here in the school back field when our classes were done.

"It's been months." Mallory suddenly uttered. "Siya parin ba?" She asks, glancing at me.

I nod. "Yeah..." I sighed in frustration. "I tried talking to some girls but when they tried to be physical with me I feel like I'm gonna vomit." I added, annoyingly.

"Then date your sister." Clementine butted, bluntly.

Beau and Mallory gasped as they look at Clementine, jaw's fell hang open.

"Ew, Clems. That is her sister. What's with you?" Beau rolled her eyes.

Tumigil sa pagsusulat si Clementine at inilibot nito ang paningin sa amin bago ibinalik ang tingin sa sinusulat nito. "Is she?" Makahulugan wika nito na ikinataka naming tatlo.

Napadukdok nalang ako sa aking kinauupan dahil kahit kailan ay wala talaga akong makukuhang matinong sagot kay Clementine kapag hindi pa ito sigurado.

"I'm hungry."

"Kakakain mo lang, Beau, gutom ka na agad?" Asar ni Mallory sa kanya.

"Ohh. I almost forgot, Ate cooked our snacks too." Sambit ko ng maalala ang inihandang pagkain ni Ate para sa amin ng mga kaibigan ko. "Pinadala niya kanina pagkatapos natin kumain ng lunch." Dagdag ko.

Naging close narin sila dahil minsan ay sa opisina niya kami kumakain kapag hindi ito busy.

"Great. I'm starving." Clementine mumbles, putting down her pen before closing her notebook.
