"Ate Frei?!!!" Einna gasped in surprise when she saw me inside Anastacia's office.

Lumawak ang aking ngiti at sinalubong ito ng yakap.

"Hello, little one."

"Hindi ka na po ba aalis?" masayang tanong nito.

Shooking my head, I gave her a smile. "Well, I'm just extending my stay here until your birthday." I responds.

"Yaaaay! Thank you, Ate Frei!"

Inilagay ko sa aking kandungan si Einna saka binalingan ng tingin ang daddy nito na katatapos lang ata kausapin si Anastacia.

"Atty. Calvry. Good morning." he greeted, showing me his perfect set of white teeth.

He's handsome, I'll give him that. Well, Einna is gorgeous as well, maybe some of her feature came from him?

I slightly nod my head at him. "Morning, Mr Hsu."

"Please, just call me, Lincoln. You're already a friend of us."

A friend of us? Your wife didn't even like me I sarcastically thought.

I nod. "Sure, Lincoln."

"So, sweetheart, I'll leave you here na okay? Behave, don't give your tita Anastacia a hard time." umupo ito sa harapan ko para mapantayan ang taas ng anak niya.

Einna nods her head. "Yes po, Daddy."

"Alright, I'll go ahead now." hinalikan na nito sa pisngi ang anak saka tumayo at nagpaalam narin sa akin at kay Anastacia.

Pagkalabas ni Lincoln ay ibinaba ko muna si Einna saka hinarap si Anastacia na kanina pa busy sa pagpipirma ng mga papeles.

"Woah. It's still early in the morning and yet you're already bombered with papers."

Napabuntong-hininga ito saka masuyong hinilot ang kanyang sentido. "I need to finished these paper works before the school foundation."

"When is the foundation day?" I asks as I help Einna getting her things out of her bag.

"Next week." she responds, eyes now back on the paper.

"Well, I'm on my vacation now, want me to help you?"

Agad siyang nag-angat ng tingin saka ako nginitian ng matamis na para bang hindi ito stress na stress kanina. "Sure, Frei. Thank you so much."

Napapailing nalang ako saka siya nginitian pabalik. "So, how can I help you?"

"Since, I'm really busy right now..." she trailed off, pursing her lips. "Ah yes. Pwede bang ikaw nalang sumama ngayon kay Aneira? Im-meet niya kasi ang event organizer para sa foundation next week."

"Geez. That girl is scary, I'd rather help you with these papers." I responds, shaking my head.

Anastacia pouted. "But, these papers needs my signature and beside Aneira is not that scary, you know?"

Pinagsasabi nitong hindi scary? Sabagay magkaibigan naman silang dalawa samantalang ako ay stranger sa paningin nito kahit na tinutulungan ko siya sa anak niya. Hmp.

"Anything but that, Ana."

"Please, Frei."

Have I told you that Anastacia is like a child sometimes? Just like now, she's showing me her puppy eyes.

"Ate Frei, help tita Anastacia na po, please." parehas kaming napatingin kay Einna na nasa amin na ang atensyon ngayon.

"See?" itinaas-baba ni Anastacia ang kilay nito dahilan upang mapa-irap ako. "Even Einna, wants you to help me."
