Hold me tight

We entered the extravagant hall attaining attention from everyone, I could see Jimin standing leaning on a wall with folded arms and smiling proudly at us, I could see different faces, some known while others unknown.

Although I was maintaining my calm and composed demeanor, my eyes were wandering all through the room like a curious kid.

I saw many people that I met at our wedding too.

Just then Jungkook alerted me keeping his hand on my back as he took the mic that was handed to him.

"A lively evening everyone." Only a mere greeting by him received a huge applause and cheers, I smiled widely at him and was surprised as I found him looking at me.

His people sure love him! The world he is in, respects him and acknowledges him and that is a big thing to achieve.

"This project, on which me and my company were working on from a long time, is finally completed now! We have decided to name this multinational hotel as Leandra. This project was our biggest manifestation and today seeing it stand tall with its grandeur seems quite like a dream which has come true now only due to all the people supporting us and putting their faith in us, I would like to thank my dad, all the shareholders, committee members, my dear team, each and every employee! who are the building blocks of this corporation and the deservers of every success. And of course-                                                                                                                                      my happiness, my wife the new creative head of Jeon corporation, who has arranged and decided each and everything for this evening, from the tiles on the floor to the chandeliers on the ceiling. THANK YOU GUYS"

All of this felt so real and unreal at the same time...

I was continuously surprised at the attention and claps Jungkook got throughout his speech, the younger employees were hooting and cheering while the older ones clapped to him.

Then Jungkook went down the stage and Jimin took his place, me and Jimin had to give some data and words of gratefulness too.

Jimin for sure lifted everyone's mood even more by being his dorky self and making our speeches fun and interesting at the same time.

"So at the last I am very surprised myself guys, to tell you all this! But each and every suite and room of this hotel got pre-booked even before the opening! Now ya'll must be thinking what a show off I am" He got a laugh from the audience and Jungkook too.

 I added to his words "But seriously, we were a bit surprised, by all the support we got, and I know very well that my face and my work is new to you all, but I guess we will all be a great team and I really hope I don't disappoint any of you, And don't worry you all will be seeing this face of mine often now! Maybe so much you will get bored... and lastly I hope my work gathers compliments and none of you leaves here dissatisfied."

It didn't go unnoticed by me that whenever I was speaking the people's attention got more and more concentrated on me, trying to speculate me, analyze me or even criticize me as I was indeed a newbie and an item of interest, a prime object for analysis, but one thing is for sure, I came out confident and prepared in front of everyone.

We all received applause and hoots and of course my creative team was cheering me up too loud.

We went down the stage and I went to them "Hi guys!"

 Jae spoke "Mam you were so good there! You looked so experienced and not at all nervous!"

"I even heard some oldies talking that they are quite happy that Mr. Jungkook has finally settled and now he is doing even better work!"
