Midnight passed. It's Saturday. 9:00 AM. It was time. The King walked to Noah's dorm and saw the two of them sleeping. He woke Noah up.
Noah: (Tired) What...
King: It's time.
Noah looked over to the blue teen that was across from him. Chaze appeared to be sleeping like a rock.
Noah: Are you sure you want to do this? I don't think his body can handle that much electricity running through him.
The King looked back at Chaze.
King: (sigh) We'll see about that...
Noah and King grabbed Chaze and pulled him onto the surface. Chaze woke up seeing a crowd gathering around a metal gate right in front of his eyes.
Chaze: What the-
King: Welcome to the ritual, Chaze.
Chaze: The ritual?
King: This is where your rank comes into effect. When someone reaches lightning, that means that they will inevitably have to feel the effects of what it's like to get stricken by lightning.
Chaze: ... WHY?!?
King: It's tradition at this point. Someone reaches said status, and they'll have to face what's pictured on their shirts.
Chaze: That's like giving someone a shirt with a crosshair, and a couple of days later, they get shot for no reason!
Noah walks up to Chaze and takes off his shirt and jacket revealing bullet holes where his heart, lungs, and liver were. Chaze looked in disbelief.
Chaze: I WAS JOKING ABOUT THAT!!
King: No matter! Enough with these distractions. Come on Nose!
Noah: It's Noah.
Noah put his clothes back on and walked over to The King who was behind the gate. Chaze tried to move but couldn't because some members were zip tying him to a large lightning rod. They tied him up around his wrists, legs and neck. He was in a tight spot and couldn't back out of it. During this a large gray cloud was forming.
King: It has begun!
The cloud began to spiral around the rod with it becoming darker and darker as it did. It began to emit some sparks, and soon enough... Loud crackling began to dominate the area and lighting had struck the rod and Chaze along with it. His heart was racing like never before, almost like it was going to rip out of his chest. His body somehow in some way was absorbing the energy emitting from the thunder. He was screaming in agony. And as soon as it happened it had stopped. Chaze is now drifting off into space, trying to understand what happened to him. The clouds began to dissipate and the sky was clear once more.
King: Hmm. Looks like he lives another day.
Noah: I still don't think this is a good idea, he might want some vengeance for what we just put him through.
King: Honestly, who gives a s**t. The kid will most likely forget about this experience.
King, Noah, & the crowd began to walk away. Chaze's heart had begun to slow down and he started to pass out. As he did though, a person who was watching from afar looked at the zombie.
