Tatum reposted Barcelona's post as walked into the training ground, her medal tucked firmly in her joggers pocket. Her flight home had felt like it had taken hours, she couldn't take two steps without people stopping her for photo's. She never had a problem posing for fans, it was flattering, and so many of them that she met were the most incredible humans.

But today...she was on day two of her Euro's hangover, and the stopping every 5 seconds did nothing to help her headache.

It took so long, in fact, she missed her original flight and had to get on the next one, meaning she had no time to stop at home, and was instead instructed to go straight to the training ground.

With her head buried in her phone, she didn't notice the quietness around the training centre, no staff, no players.

Walking into the changing room, expecting it to be busting with the usual volume of the girls talking and shouting to one another, she was instead greeted by two familiar English accents talking amongst themselves, sat there in their England shirts.

"Hello, lads." Tatum greeted with a fist bump to both. "How are we? Long time no see." Tatum said with a laugh at her own joke. "Where is everyone?"

Lucy shrugged. "They are here, we were told to wait for you and then go outside."

"With our medals on." Keira added.

Tatum groaned and threw her head back. "Oh this is gonna be real awkward."

Keira was the first to stand up, pulling her own medal out of her pocket and pulling it over her neck. "Right, quicker we get this done, the sooner it's over." Lucy followed her girlfriends example and did the same, putting her medal on. She rolled her eyes and walked over to Tatum, reaching into her pocket and pulling out the medal and placing it around Tatum's head.

"Be proud of it, mate." Lucy spoke before giving Tatum's cheek a soft slap.

"Don't do that too hard, it'll turn me on." Tatum joked before heading to the door and opening it, gesturing for the two older girls to go through first.

"Always making it weird, man." Lucy mumbled as she walked first through the door. Keira and Tatum walked behind her till they eventually reached the door out to the pitches.

Clapping immediately flooded their ears as they walked outside, the players from both the men's team and the women's team standing their applauding the three.

Tatum ducked her head as she seen the camera filming, likely for the teams social media. She nodded her head to people as they walked past them, silently thanking them even though this is ridiculously awkward. "Ale, what the fuck?" She eventually said when she got pulled into the comforting arms of Alexia.
