Katie didn't say anything in response to Tatum, instead choosing to hover at the side of the couch, her eyes flickering the bandage covering the stitches on her head the her sling her arm is currently being held in.

Alexia kissed her teeth to break the silence. "Oh, a Mapi le encantaría esto." (Oh, Mapi would love this.)

"¡Para!" (Stop it!) Tatum hissed as she turned her head to look in Alexia's direction, immeditly wincing after.

"Fucking hell, will you stop doing that!" Katie scolded as she went to reach to to Tatum but changed her mind, her arms falling awkwardly at her side instead.

Alexia laughed and walked around to the couch so she was standing in front of Tatum. "Esto es incómodo, TK." (This is akward, TK.) Tatum glared at the Spaniard, watching as Alexia rubbed her hands together. "Seen as you have company, I will go home, yes? Ninguna actividad extraña, recuerda.(No extraneous activity, remember?) Ermm, Katie? She is to take her painkillers every 4 hour, okay? She needs to stay awake for another few hours. Be gentle with her, Si?" Alexia asked, waiting until Katie nodded quickly. Once the Irish girl agreed with Alexia, the Spaniard bent over and wrapped her arms loosely around Tatum, kissing both her cheeks. "Te amo TK. Sé feliz, ¿recuerdas?" (I love you TK. Be happy, remember?)

Tatum smiled and leant her head into Alexia when the girl hugged her. "Yo también te amo. Gracias por jugar a la enfermera." (Love you too. Thank you for playing nurse.)

Alexia shot Tatum once last smile before shuffling around the couch, giving Katie a nod before walking to the door. Usually, she wouldn't have left Tatum. She loved the girl dearly. But she knows there's something going on with her English friend, and it doesn't take a genius to put two and two together.

Katie and Tatum heard the door close softly as Alexia left, but both of them remained in their previous positions.

"Uhm, do you need anything, like? When are you due your painkillers?" Katie spoke, shoving her hands into her pockets.

Tatum eyed up Katie standing there, the girl obviously fidgeting with her fingers in her pockets if the moving of the material was anything to go by. Tatum doesn't like the thought of people being uncomfortable around her. It makes her uncomfortable. "In like, 2 hours. I could do with a glass of water, please?"

Katie's eyes widened slightly, just happy Tatum was conversing with her properly. "Of course. Ice? Do you have ice? Do you want any cordial in it?" She rushed out and went off in a direction in the apartment blindly.

"Kitchen's that way." Tatum raised her voice and pointed behind her, biting the inside of her cheeks when she heard Katie's feet changing direction. "Just water, please."

Tatum couldn't bare the thought of all the awkward silence's that were likely ahead of her, so she pressed play on CSI and watched the opening of the show before mumbling along to the theme tune until she was disturbed by a glass of water being place in front of her.

"Thanks." She whispered before frowning at Katie standing in the same position as before. "You're making me feel awkward, sit down." She demanded with a small laugh.

Katie nodded and sat down on the other end of the couch, keeping her feet on the floor.

"Nice trainers." Tatum complimented as she took in the shoes on Katie's feet.

"Thanks...how are you feeling?"

Tatum pursed her lips for a second. "Achy, but all in all not too bad if I stay mostly still." Katie nodded along as Tatum spoke, her eyes not leaving the girl. "Okay, what's going on? Why are you here?"
