The outfit Mary gave me was a wide white shirt that reaches ny knees  .  " what ? You don't like it ? " she worryingly asked . I answered her in disgust " who got you this thing ? What can i even call it , dress or shirt ? I mean , have you ever heard of Polo ! They sell things that fits well with Texas . Or maybe you can try versace because ylur taste in brands really sucks " . She slammed the closet door closed and glared at me . " your grandma told me you are mean but she didn't mention that you are a bitch ! " she said which caused me to stare at her not believing that the sweet nice girl I saw in the stable would say such thing ! It's like everybody here have two faces !" you can gratefully wear something from mine or ruin the rest of your polo or vestace outfits " said Mary . " it's Versace " I corrected her which made her roll her eyes mouthing –whatever- then she left me alone to choose an option . i put on a hotshort of mine and that shirt over it then searched for shoes but all she had was brown boots . tall brown boots short brown boots and every kind of brown boots ! they look awful but they actually fit well with the envionment here . I got out of the room to the kitchen . I want to go out from the back door so no one will make fun of me . just when I was about to go out I heard someone speaks behind me . " hey ! you look good in the normal people's clothes ! " the girl , Mary said and patted on my back . I murmured thank you , although I know she is making fun of me because the outfit looks horrible . I got out and made my way to the basement . I heard a laugh and turned to find it is the blonde guy with one of the horses. " god ! how long do you work here ? i mean , when are you done ? " I asked him annoyed . " well , I'm done when the horses don't need anything and the place is clean " he answered looking at the horse next to him . " it's too late already " I remarked and he smiled turning at me then saying " well , I actually live here " . I turned to him frowning then he laughed . " well , I work for your grandma . I take care of the stables and Mary takes care of the corral " . " well , where do you sleep ? " I asked him out of curiosity and he smiled again . " well , usually in the basement but since you'll stay there then I think I will have to take your pink room " was he teasing me ? I didn't waste any other moment talking to that asshole and stormed to his dirty room which is supposed to be mine for the night . When I got down I found it was so dark already because it's after 9:00 PM so I got out again hoping to find a candle or something in the kitchen . I walked in from the same door I got out from , the back door and found a candle but before I got out I heard someone laughs , or it was not someone in deed they were more than one person . I quietly walked closer to the living room to hear what they were talking about . " she is as stuborn as my daughter ! Oh and her face when I told her she will sleep in the basement ! You really missed it " my –lovely- grandma said then Mary replied " well , you are the one who missed it when I yelled at her face ! She was like , you should try polo , they sell things that fits good here " . they broke into laughter again . " I told her i'm sleeping in the pink room and she believed that " of course it was his turn to talk now , the jerk Lucas . " speaking of which , have you seen what she is wearing ?" Mary hardly managed to say between her laughter . They eyed here with curious eyes before she spoke again saying "  i gave her one of lucas' old shirts that he wanted to throw three years ago " . " oh Mary ! This is so tough from you !" Granny started but mary defended herself saying " i swear it was just for fun ! I don't have any problem with her , it was just a joke " i cut her off saying " so it's kind of a sick joke to you all ? You are trying to piss me off more than I already am ? " . What i said caused them all to stop laughing and turn to me . " oh sweetheart ! We were just joking ! " my supposed to be grandma said . She stood up and walked to me leaving them in awkwardness . " don't " I yelled at her face with tears in my eyes . " don't play your shit with me ! I can not imagine how someone like you could have such an angelic daughter like my mom ! And i don't know what have i ever done in my life so that i'm treated this way " . I turned to Lucas and mary then i took of the shirt and throw it on lucas' face then turned to Mary saying " I will just go back to my beautiful clothes . At least I know how to say versace " . I was now only in my bra and hotshort and luckily i found my bag next to the door where i had left it this morning so i just took it with me and got out . how cool do i look ! I mentally rolled my eyes at myself . I do not have a third eye on the back of my head but I swear that I saw their wide open eyes . My bare feet touched the mud and I felt like running , so I did . I ran to the fence then jumped out of it and continued running and passing farms . It was dark and foggy and i think no one is awake now in this town . I stopped at some farm that was nearly empty so I took it as a sign to set on it's fence . It looked as if no one had lived here for the past ten years or something . I opened my little white bag to expose the cigarette box . I took one out and I was just about to search for the lighter in the bag when someone flickered a lighter from my back and I jumped in shock but strong arms stopped me from falling . I sat straight on the fence again then turned to see who is it . When I turned I met hazel eyes and pink lips that I thought I wasn't going to see again ! Or at least for tonight ! He was the same guy from the stable earlier . He looked so handsome and he had this kind of smooth hair which can hurt your fingers if you tried to touch it ! He was wearing a cowboy hat , a dark brown jacket , a navy blue t-shirt and blue jeans . He looked  Like he was made to be loved . He moved to set on the fence on my right side and so close to me which awakened me from my daydreaming and gave me the courage to talk . " thanks but if you do not mind me asking , who are you ? " I asked him trying my best not to stare like a fool , like I haven't already ! He smirked then took the cigarette from my hand and put it between his lips before lighting it . he stared at the farm infront of him avoiding eye connection with me then said " well , I was trying to introduce myself but you were so busy staring so I thought about setting there till you are done with the staring thing then I can tell you who am i " he said in a very deep and raspy voice , just like the words came directly from his heart ! He was so... wait a min ! What did he just say? " erm , i'm done . I think you can tell me who you are " I told him shyly , SHIT ! " Sam " he held out his hand for me to shake and I did so before chuckling , so old fashioned ! I took the cigarette from between his lips and put it between mine . " well , hi Sam ! I'm Sam , Samantha Max "I said which made him smirk . When he smirked , he raised his left eyebrow in a very attractive way ! " Your name is Sam too ? " he said more like a question and I nodded not taking my eyes away from him . " well , I think I will just call you Sammy then " he said and it did not really bother me so instead of talking I just let out the huge amount of smoke I had inside my mouth . We kept silent for few seconds till I broke it . " I saw you earlier in the stable . What were you doing there ? " I asked him and he immediately answered " well, I was exploring the place till I saw a half naked girl walking in a corral . I didn't really want to miss it but now I guess it's a normal habit of her " he said and I frowned at him then he looked at my body and took the cigarette from my hand turning his face to the other direction . I then remembered what i was wearing and i panicked trying to cover any piece of my body using the useless bag but ended up making him laugh . He took of his jacket and put it around my shoulders and I couldn't help but smile like a fool when he did that . " listen , i don't usually wander naked .. i just have somethings going on .. but thank you anyway for the jacket " . He didn't reply but smiled and i contiued the conversation . " So you said that you were exploring the city , you're new here ? " I asked and he nodded his head before taking a deep breath and handing me the cigarette again . " you can say that . I haven't been here for a while " he said smirking and i'm so thankful for that because I just love the way he smirks . " I've been to many places but i spent the last two months in New York City " he said and i got very excited . This is my dream city ! I always wanted to go there ! " I have to go now " he said out of nowhere and i was taken back . we have just met and he have to leave so very soon ? " why and what if I wanted to see you again ?" I asked him and he jumped of the fence , so did i . " I know where you stay so I think we will be seeing each other a lot " he said with a wink which caused me to mentally blush then took of his jacket and handed it to him mouthing thanks . " you can't go home half naked ! " he remarked and I bite my lower lip saying " well , I came here like that and I can go back like that . Save it for the next time " I said that but he did not take it instead , he walked away and I heard my grandma's voice . that explains why he needed to go , he must have heard her or felt movement . Her eyes landed on me and I won't deny that she looked panicked . " oh ! Thanks god you are fine . Come here my dear , you must be freezing "she said and I rolled my eyes at her . Although she is right , It's really cold for autumn here . thanks to Sam who gave me his jacket . She ran to me then pulled me into a hug before asking me questions if I was fine or anything happened or anyone talked to you but I really wasn't answering her or even paying her attention because I was curious about the person i just met now , Sam .
