" what do you mean by -i'm not going- ? We planed for this party for the last three weeks ! We got the outfits and made the floral crowns ! You can't just not go " Mary said and I huffed . " I have a reason not to go " I said and she crossed her arms on her chest then sat on the bed . " which is ? " . " I have a feeling that something bad might happen " I said letting out a deep breath and she rolled her eyes mumbling " what a great reason ! " . She was dressed in the outfit we both bought together and she wore the flower crown we made too . " Mary , you look flawless , just go and have fun " I said and she gave me a disappointed look before going out . I sat on my bed doing nothing but staring at the ceiling above me for a pretty long while till I heard my phone ringing . It was Lucas calling . " hey Lu !" I said through the phone and he immediately answered . " I saw Mary at the party alone , Mind to explain ?" . I sighed and put the phone between my shoulder then hug my knees . " I do not feel good about it . I used to be sure about everything I do but now I am sure of nothing ! I wish you were here so I can talk to you ! You are my only friend and the only one I trust now ! I can not even tell Mary " I said the last part with a crack in my voice and I heard him sighing on the phone . " i'm right here , just open your window and you'll find me standing there like a fool " he said and I walked towards the window and opened it to see him standing there with his smile on his face and I could not help but smile too then ran to the door . I got out and he was waiting for me in the corral . " how did you know I needed to speak to you ?" I asked him and he shrugged saying " well , you didn't attend the party so I figured there's something wrong " . I huffed remembering what happened yesterday and gave him a sad smile . " what do you think about hot chocolate then tell me what happened ?" Lucas offered but I politely rejected saying " no thanks , I have to go to this party just to have fun . I'm done being a fun killer . I will not fear anyone specially if it was him but that does not mean i will not have this hot chocolate " I said and he gave me a proud smile . I admit it , I do not want to go for having fun , I want to go because I really wanna know what is Sam's surprise . Lucas went to clean the horses in the stable and I asked him to collect the eggs instead of me today . Being the greatbfriend he is , he accepted .

I'm not wearing the outfit that me and Mary bought . I decided to wear something comfy so I just went with leggings and a large t-shirt . I entered the party looking for Mary but did not find her . While I was searching for anyone I knew something caught my attention , a bar . I went there and took a glass of vodka and when I was about to drink it someone took it from my hand . I turned to find it was Sam . I nearly jumped and my heartbeats became louder than ever . " hi babe , did you miss me ?" He asked and I faked a smile saying " yes , I did " . " but you don't look so ! You look like you've seen a ghost !" . I nervously chuckled saying " no , of course not . It's just the first time you speak to me infront of this number of people ". I paused to take a sip of my cup then asked him if he had seen Mary . " no I did not seen her since yesterday " he said not looking at me and I could not help but feel jealous . " you still go out with them , do not you ?" I asked him although I know the answer . " yes I do " he coldly answer which made me angrier . " you are a stupid womanizer , do you know that ? " I yelled and he did the last thing I expected , he kissed me . Sam was never a fan of the PDA -public display of affection- so I think he is fresher in the fandom ! He pulled away but our foreheads were inches apart then he whispered " i'm ending it with them all right now " he said and I smiled but it faded when i saw the weird look he gave me . He was planing for something , he must be . With those dark eyes and evil smirk . " did you remember what I said I will do after making you love me ? " he asked me but I frowned shaking my head as no . I remember him telling me in the funfair to remember what he promised to do after making me fall for him but well , I completely forgot . He got closer to me again and was about to kiss me when a voice that I know so well spoke . " what the hell is happening here ?" . I turned with shock expression on my face and tried to speak saying " Mary , just let me explain . It's not what you think " . " then what in the seventh hell was your tongue doing in his throat !" She yelled at me and I felt so disgusted from the expression . " Mary , it's all not real ! " I whispered so Sam will not be able to hear but before I continue , someone else spoke . " oh ! How pathetic . The frogface and daddy's little girl is fighting over a guy !" Emma said but neither did I nor Mary pay her attention . " and you ! You cheated on me with my best friend ! " Mary now focused on Sam who was focusing on his wine glass . " wait a minute ! What do you mean by him cheating on you ! What do you have to do with my boyfriend ! " I heard a girl saying from behind my back and recognized her as one of the girls who's picture is hanged on Sam's wall . Mary was about to ask Sam about that girl when a completely different girl spoke ! " your boyfriend ! I'm his one and only girlfriend " . Sam counted the girls on his fingers but it seems that I am the only one who was focusing with him because they were all busy fighting . Another five girls said that they are Sam's girlfriends . There were a lot of pictures hanged on his wall , they were all circled but 8 pictures and with mine , they were 9 pictures . The nine girls on the wall are now fighting over Sam . It's a little weird , right ? Like it's all planed , but why ? " ladies ! Please can I speak !" Sam spoke and all the girls stopped speaking to hear what he has got . " I went out with a lot of you but I never said that any of you is my girlfriend ! I'm so sorry but I only love one of you all ! The girl I love is .... " he started but paused then looked in my eyes and let out a deep breath . Me , it has to be me ! I mean he said i'm different ! And the fortune teller said that he says the truth ! It must be me who he loves . " she is the one that I gave my necklace " he said looking at the ground and all the girls' jaws dropped to the floor along with mine . A necklace ! I do remember him wearing a necklace but he did not gave it to me ! What does that mean ! He does not love me ! I am not that lucky one ! Mary turned to look at my chest where my pink quartz necklace is hanged under my shirt then tears fell from her eyes and ran outside . I ran after her and once we were outside she stopped and turned to glare at me saying " I treated you like my sister and more ! And this is what I get ?" . " no Mary , please believe me . It was not true what I said about the necklace ! I got it and no one gave it to me ! It's just a bad timing thing but I swear he did not give it to me ! " I tried but her facial expressions did not smooth . " it doesn't matter , he doesn't love me ! But at lease now I know that you are a liar and can't be trusted " . " you love Lucas ! But I met Sam before you saw him at the welcoming party ! He plays with your mind ! You do not really love him , you love the fake character he made in your mind !" I said but she did not listen to me instead she walked away . " Mary ! Wait " i heard Sam's voice saying which caused Mary to stop . He walked pass me and with every step he took i felt more and more pain in my chest . Once he got closer to her she raised her hand to slap him but he stopped her and leaned closer to her face and whispered something . She started crying even more then ran away . I kept standing there for a while before he walked towards me then stopped when we were inches apart smirking and saying " what I said was , I'll make you love me and prove it to you that i can make all the girls love me but love none of them , after that i'll tell you - I said so - " . He paused taking a step towards me and we were so close that i felt his hot breath hit my face . He played with me hair locks then said " honey , i said so " . " you are a coward " said i and he smirked even wider saying " Now go back home and cry your heart out till you feel heartbroken and after that you have my permission to forget about me and continue your life normally" and with that he disappeared into the crowded party again .
