Aiden's pov

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" The screams of my boyfriends make me jump out of my sleep.

Fuck I just nearly had a heart attack.

I look over to my door and see them all standing there with bright smiles on their faces. My heart warms at the sight. I feel so complete right now, just looking at them makes me feel safe and at home.

I give them a bright smile of my own. Kayden takes that as an invitation to jump right on top of me, but I don't care because as soon as he's on top of me, he smothers me in kisses all over my face. "Happy birthday Aiden. I love you, so so so much."

I squeeze him into a hug and reply "I love you so so so much too Kayden."

Giving me whiplash, he quickly jumps off the bed and runs over to the guys looks back at me and grins. "I would hurry up and get ready if I was you. There's a surprise downstairs waiting for you."

The word surprise makes my ears perk up. I love surprises, I always have and I always will. So as soon as they leave I rush out of bed and into the bathroom to get ready as quick as I possibly can.

Once I'm dressed in the most simple outfit I could find (white T-shirt and jeans) I go downstairs to find the guys in the living room waiting for me. What catches my eye though is Matteo, well not exactly Matteo it's more what he's holding that catches my eye. There's no way.

Matteo stands and makes his way to me. "I thought it was finally time." The smile on his face tells me he's just as excited as the rest of the guys were upstairs. He extends his arms towards me and signals his head towards the puppy in his arms. "Take him, baby."

With shaky arms, I take the little German shepherd out of Matteo's arms. Bringing him close to my chest I try and hold in the happy tears. "He's beautiful Matteo." My voice comes out as a whisper. He really is beautiful, his black fur is thick with golden brown patches. One of his eyes is blue while the other is brown and his ears are so adorably floppy.

"What about this little guy?" Xavier asks bringing me out of my trance. I look over to Xavier to see he's also holding a puppy but this one being a rottweiler.

My two favourite dog breeds.

I look back and forth between the two puppies. "Really?"

Matteo lets out a little chuckle. "Yes really."

I slowly hand Matteo the puppy and walk over to Xavier who is still smiling brightly. "This one's a girl."

She is also beautiful. This little baby just had this innocent look to her like she couldn't hurt a fly. I take her out of Xavier's arms and place a delicate kiss on the top of her and turn towards Matteo. "Do they have names?"

Matteo shakes his head. "Nope. You can name them whatever you want."

All of a sudden I was ecstatic and the biggest grin appeared on my face. Quickly but quietly, I hand Xavier back the puppy and jump into Matteo's arms. "Thank you thank you thank you!"

Jace lets out a laugh while snuggling our new German shepherd. "Aiden Matteo can't breathe baby. "

I quickly kiss Matteo on the cheek before letting him go. "I can't believe you actually got me not one but two puppies!"

"Well, I just thought it was time to complete the family." As he says that, he pulls Finn under his arm and kisses the crown of Finn's head.

"What are you going to name them Aiden?" Kayden asks while lying next to Jace petting the new member of our family.

I look at the puppies to see if there's any names that call out to me because sometimes you just know what you need to name your pet. Argue with a wall if you disagree.

I already know what name I want for the little princess, I think that it's perfect for her but my boy might be a little harder to decide.

It takes me about five minutes to decide the names for them. "Their names are going to be Daisy and Loki." Did I pick the name Loki because I love Marvel? yes. yes, I did.

Arlo smiles at the names. "I think that they suit them perfectly." He looks down at Daisy, still in Xavier's arms when Daisy licks his hand. "Yeah, they're are definitely perfect."

I wrap my arms around Matteo's neck and look into his eyes, the eyes that I love so much. "I love you, Matteo. Thank you so much for making this birthday the best one yet."

His face softens at my words. He leans down and kisses me, this kiss was so full of love and affection- no rushing or force just pure admiration for each other. "Your birthday isn't over yet, you still need to pick where we are going for the day, my love."

I shake my head. I really don't want to go anywhere today, not right now anyway. My favourite days are spent at home with the guys I love, so that's how I want to spend my birthday. "Uhm is it okay if we spend the day at home and just go out for dinner? I kind of just want to spend time with you guys and our new puppies."

"Of course we can." He leans down one last time to give me another kiss, shorter this time but still as good.

Finn runs towards me and grabs my hand dragging me upstairs. "What's the rush for?" I say while laughing. He seems so excited and that look on him warms my heart. I love it when he's like this.

"I got you a present!" He pulls me into the room and goes into the corner near his bookshelf. I won't tell him that he already told me what he got me at the dinner table about a week ago because I don't want to make him sad.

"Here." He holds out a huge white teddy bear that is double the size of him. The nose and ears are red and the bottom of his feet have red hearts on them.

"I love it Finn that you so much," I say while taking the bear out of his hands. And I do, this bear is bloody adorable and will definitely be placed next to my bed.

He grins "That's not all, I got you something else." That takes me by surprise. I thought he was only getting me a giant teddy bear.

He gets the present from under the bed and hands it to me. "If you don't like it, it's okay. Don't feel bad if you don't like it."

I take the present and unwrap it feeling a little worried. The last thing I want to do is tell him I don't like a gift that he spent his money on. When I see the gift, however, I know that I won't be telling him I don't like it because I love it. In fact tears well up in my eyes for the second time today.

"When did you make this?" I look down at the gift again. It's a picture album but alongside the pictures are notes that Finn has written.

"Well I started it about two weeks ago but I felt like this wasn't enough so I got you the bear as well."

I place the book on the bed and hug Finn tightly. "It would have been enough Finn. I love it so much"

When I pull back I notice his cheeks are redder than usual and I try to hide the grin that's wanting to take place on my face.

Finn opens the book and flips to the back where there are blank pages. "All the blank pages are for all the new memories that we will make with Arlo."

Yep, best birthday ever.

I'm sorry I didn't upload last week that wasn't the plan but life got hectic so it's a little late but I did make it a little longer than my usual uploads.
