The plane ride to Pennsylvania was a bit subdued and Mila got the impression everyone was just glad the drama was over.

Daniel had sat down next to them not long after they'd taken off. "Now I can freely talk to you about changing."

Mila nodded. "I wanted to ask you while we were in Texas but I didn't, obviously."

"You're sure this is what you want?" Daniel asked her.

"Yes I'm sure," Mila told him.

He studied her for a moment then nodded. "Okay. I'm going to do it, so just let me know when."

"We'll probably get settled first," Ethan started.

"Right away," Mila said at the same time.

They both looked at her, and she crossed her arms over her chest, shooting a glare at Ethan.

Daniel smirked at his son. Well you have your hands full.

She's stubborn.

"You're not both talking about me where I can't hear you, are you?" Her glare moved between the two of them.

Ethan's eyebrows shot up and Daniel laughed. "How about first thing in the morning?"

"I'm good with that. Ethan?" She smiled sweetly at him.

He rolled his eyes at her. "Do I get a say?"

"Of course you do," she said.

"First thing tomorrow is fine. I'm more than okay with that," Ethan said.

Is something wrong?

She's going to know we're talking, but she saw Isaac kissing Riley and thought it was me, and she almost rejected me. I've been sort of obsessing about marking her since then. She became aware of it this morning.

Daniel frowned at him. "Definitely in the morning," he said quietly.

"Will I be able to do this mind link thing?" Mila asked, looking between them.

"Yes, once you join the pack," Ethan told her.

"We can do that soon as well," Daniel said.

"Thank you," Mila said to him.

He nodded and stood, walking over to sit with his mate.

"Are you okay with this?" Mila asked Ethan.

"Yes. I just didn't want to rush you into it," he said quietly, smiling at her.

"I want to do this," Mila told him.

"You wanna get that cast off," Ethan smirked.

"That too," she agreed.

The plane landed a bit later, and Mila followed Ethan off the plane. "We'll get our stuff here shortly. I grabbed what we need for tonight. I gotta figure out where we're staying for now."

"Okay." Mila looked around. "Is this your pack lands?"

"Yup. These are all of our planes," he said. "We travel a lot. Dominc's plane isn't here."

She eyed the seven different planes. "He has his own plane?"

"Yup. Come on." He took her over to a sleek black little sports car, and opened the door for her.

"Is this yours?" she asked right before he shut the door.

He walked around and climbed in. "Yeah it's mine."

"How far do we have to go?"

"Not too far," he said, following the SUVs the others were in back to the pack house.
