Earth looked up at his husband who just placed deboned fish on top of the rice on his plate. Despite his husband's active care, Earth felt suffocated.

Both he and Kao had come to the Grand Pebble mansion to attend the monthly family dinner.

They weren't alone. Boun had brought both Prem and Fluke along with him. Fluke was practically dragged over by Boun as he didn't want to leave him alone at home.

Fluke was reluctant to attend the dinner as Ohm was absent. He felt that it wasn't right to attend the family dinner without Ohm by his side. After all, they hadn't announced that they were a couple to the rest of the family.

Earth sighed internally. Even though his best friends' presence was putting him more at ease, it was undeniable that he was feeling uncomfortable due to the crouching gaze that had been directed at him by his mother-in-law.

"Kao, Earth, what are your plans now? Since same-sex marriages had been legalized here. It wouldn't be an issue to hold your marriage here, right?" Mintra spoke up breaking the long silence around the table.

Earth was silent. He looked at Kao to answer the question. Everything was being planned by Kao. He just had to sit back and look pretty. He was sure that his husband would arrange a mind-blowing wedding for him just like he did for the proposal.

"Of course, Khun Yaay, we already planned to hold the wedding here. The legalization part was just an icing on top." Kao said confidently.

He did have plans on holding the wedding in Italy. But considering the fact that his grandmother's health was deteriorating, the doctor had banned her from traveling abroad or even taking a flight.

He was sure Earth wanted Mintra to be present on their wedding day. Hence, he dropped the plan of holding the wedding in Italy. He had yet to find a perfect place for the wedding.

Jane glared at her son and his husband hatefully. She completely hated the fact that Earth had stolen all the love and care from Kao. Her son didn't even listen to her now. This made her upset.

She could see how both Ann and Tessa had gotten closer to their respective sons after they accepted their partners, but she wasn't willing to do the same. There was no way she would approve of Earth, who, unlike Prem or Fluke, wore short and revealing outfits, got his nails done, and even did makeup.

Kao could obviously feel the negative emotions that his mother was feeling from her gaze. He didn't care about his mother's glares. He was not afraid of her. With his grandmother backing him and his husband up, he knew that his mother wouldn't dare kick up a fuss.

"What about you two?" Mintra asked the third eldest grandson.

Earth mentally patted himself in relief. He was afraid that Mintra would ask him things for which he might not be able to answer politely. He was relieved that the focus was turned to Oreo.

Oreo was Boun's elder brother. Their father, Saen was the second child of Mintra. Her eldest son was Eric, Kao's father and the only daughter was Ann, Ohm's mother.

Just like his father, Oreo was also a middle child. He and Boun had an elder brother, Alan who passed away in a road accident. Boun was his youngest brother.

Oreo never thought that his grandmother to address him and Yacht. This was the first time he was bringing Yacht to the family dinner as his husband. He had also brought the twin girls along with him. After the passing of his elder brother, Oreo adopted his brother's twin daughters Lyra and Leah as his kids just the way Boun adopted Bew, the twin's younger brother.

"We plan on getting our marriage registered on our anniversary, Khun Yaay. We have already held the wedding earlier after all," Yacht was the one who was talking. They had a wedding ceremony in one of the farmhouses owned by the Guntachai family. It wasn't grand and had been a pretty intimate wedding with about fifty people attending it including family and close friends.
