After Cy is taken to some exo experts to have some of his mor exotic features stripped. Now he no longer has four arms, they were going to try and strip him of his digitigrade legs, but instead added a heel stool for him to wear boots with.

After the procedure, Cy grumpily followed Taurus-4 back to their home.
Since he hadn't found a place to call home in such a short notice, Taurus-4 offered his place.
This left the dark exo with a bit of discomfort when it came to privacy. But Taurus tried to make him comfortable by putting up divers in his apartment to give Cy space.

Taurus-4 gave Cy his code name for any missions ahead.
The code name was Hawk.
Since this, Cy was tasked with basic guardian training.
With Taurus-4 as his coach and overseer.
But, these did not go as easily as Taurus-4 would expect. Even on their first day, Taurus-4 wanted to take on the dark exo to see their skills for himself.
Which he easily found himself outmatched and thrown to the gym floor!
With Hawk's flexible fighting style, he put many other guardians to the floor as well.
The problem though was the way he was doing it. With such anger and spite behind every move and attack, Hawk often overdid it to his fellow guardians and higher ups.

Many of the other either didn't want Cy with them because of his aggressive nature, or cold hearted tactics. While many of the overseers and Leads told Taurus-4 that if they didn't get him under control they'd have to something about him.
Since using ones own teammates as a bullet shield maybe a bit controversial.

Taurus-4 would have many talks with Hawk. Trying to convince the exo to lighten up, and work with their team instead of using them as a means for his own advancement.
But the talks were always met with grunts and disapproval.
Taurus-4 luckily was not the type to easily get mad over such defiance.
However Taurus-4 was getting worried that he would not be able to reel in Hawk before something worse might come their way.

Eventually Hawk went to far in a fight against another guardian, threatening to kill their ghost.
Which landed him a solid suspension from training.
Hawk scratched over his original model number and put Mode-4 on it. He started writing his life down in a journal. Eventually he came to start small hobbies like building small robots and other creations in his free time now that he was suspended.
After Taurus-4 returned from one of his mission patrols. He came with news for hawk.
Giving hawk a strange necklace, hawk recognized it from the old journal he had gotten since his resurrection. For some reason, the sudden site of it urged something inside him to snap.
Hawk broke out into a full blown argument with taurus-4 over the necklace.
Even going as far as to throw Taurus-4's favorite potted plants and trash the place before leaving!

Though Taurus-4 was upset with this reaction, he expected it as much.
Giving the dark exo their space. Taurus-4 decided it was time to approach the real problem.
All this time Hawk had been here, he'd been harder on himself than before he was forced to be a guardian.
Calling himself a monster, a killer, and unworthy. Taurus-4 let Hawk cool off before approaching them once more. He sat with the lonely exo.
Taurus-4 manage to convince Hawk that maybe it's time to meet his demons head on and visit the graves of his old mates.
At first, Hawk wasn't sure, but finally with a sigh he agreed.
They'd venture out together to meet all the three of Hawk's old rouge exo's graves.
