Lighthawk was able to present his knew abilities to Zavala, and prove that he could control his powers now. With the help of Ikora, Lighthawk was able to get his paperwork filed away to become a City Officer. Though normally he'd have to start from the basic rank and work his way up, Zavala and Ikora helped Lighthawk in his advancements.
Making Lighthawk a fully badged Officer of the highest rank.
A ceremony would be in the last city. Where Hawk had a whole new uniform and took an oath in protecting those unable.
Taurus-4 bought a new place for Lighthawk and Hunter-66 to live with him closer to their workplace. Now that Lighthawk worked in the city, they'd spend the next several years bonding and supporting each other.
While Lighthawk in his free time worked on Wrench, making her bigger and much faster with a new set of ears and paint job. Taurus-4 started teaching Lighthawk how to be more gentle with plants. Hunter-66 was their ball of energy always being the playful thorn in their sides since his competitive nature wouldn't have it any other way.
Eventually Lighthawk opened up a small repair shop for exo's within the city that had no where to go. Since many exo's that are not guardians weren't lucky enough to be repaired by ghosts like guardians.
However, trouble in paradise eventually came, with Hunter-66 showing increasing signs of stress and fits. Taurus-4 mentioned to Lighthawk that Hunter-66 has always had a hard time with stressful nightmares, and despite the Hunters upbeat energy he harbors sensitive secretes.
Little did they know how bad this would get for them.
