While Taurus-4 and Hunter-66 booked a vacation for themselves. Hawk wanted to stay back, saying he had plans to finish and that he'd take care of the place while they were gone.
He'd spent the past few weeks working on new blue print designs for something he thought might help him finally focus his powers. He was also thankful to Taurus-4 for buying him a small garage shop in the City he could use to store and work on his projects in peace.
So now all he needed was his old Skraptar guitar. He packed up some basic items for the walk outside the city walls.
However he wouldn't be going alone, and no Dusk would not be joining him.

Hawk had been working on a smaller project for the past few months, while using it as a means to distract and calm himself from matters at hand, it had just been completed not to long ago.
As Hawk prepared to leave a simple armored looking pup came scampering around the corner.
Hawk grabbed for the pups leash and latched it to the built in link hanging off their neck.

The experiment robotic dogs name is Wrench, and she could be a handful, but in the end always listened to Lighthawk.

As Lighthawk left the city for his old hiding spot.
Hawk ventured to a set of rock formations where an old bunker had been hidden within.
Lighthawk turning the old metal door entered and gently shut it behind himself.
As he walked deeper down the dimly lit tunnels, Wrench pranced alongside him.
Yet, the closer he got to his destination within, the more he realized that clearly someone else had been here.

Looking around, Hawk recognized the scratches of fallen claws.
He hurried further inside only to be met with 2 smaller fallen scavengers!
Hawk swiftly raced after them, and without a misstep in his plans, easily fought them off, knocking them both out.

Hawk brushed off his hands and waved for Wrench to come, as he entered the room where he hid all his old gear and skraptar. To his disappointment, it was clear a fallen group had raided his treasures.
Luckily for him though, he had a feeling those two fallen he just knocked out might have just what he's looking for.
So returning to where they lay, he checked their gear for messages and radio logs.
Luckily spending so much time with the House of Loss had at least taught him a few things about using Fallen gear and language. Hawk find out the crew that took his stuff, and without any hesitation he left to set a course for their camp.

Upon reaching it, Hawk crouched behind some brush and watched the Fallen camp getting ready to load their goods. Hawk knew he had to find his Skraptar at least. But, apart of him was conflicted with killing the fallen, so he wanted to do this quietly and quickly.
So Hawk began the slow and quiet sneak down to the Fallen camp. He was able to cut the base of a bush and use to help him slowly move along, closer to the camp.
However as he got closer, he told Wrench to sit and stay.

So on alone he went, as he entered the camp from a far right side. Hawk noted that there were only a few fallen here, and no sign of a captain. So as he created a small distracted to lure in a single dreg, Lighthawk was quick to grab the surprised dreg and silence them.
Leaving the knocked out dreg behind some supply crates.

Hawk would continue to sneak around and lure all that he could, until finally he had no choice but to step out and confront the last remaining fallen. Luckily, his combat skills were much more refined. So they posed little threat.
And once the last eliksni fell, Hawk whistled for Wrench to come.

Swiftly the pup scampered out from the bushes and rushed to their masters side.
Hawk then began searching through the caches. However just as he opened the chest with his Skraptar and gear inside, he noticed Wrench suddenly growling.

Lighthawk looked behind himself and spotted the large ship that just loomed over the ridge of the cliff by the fallen camp. He spotted the red circle with an x inside it.
Hawk couldn't believe it. "House of Loss."
Though Lighthawk new these fallen were not from the house of loss, so what were they doing here. He figured maybe he stumbled on a trading deal.
However as hawk attempted to grab the chest, a sudden uproar of eliksni were closing in.

Hawk grabbed for on of the spears from the fallen, preparing to fight. Yet as the fallen warriors came closer, they were suddenly halted by a cry from a much more powerful warrior among them. Hawk's heart almost skipped a beat when he witnessed the Fallen House of Loss Princess step before her masses to meet him.
And of course, she instantly recognized him. Even without his 4 arms and augments.

"Well, I never thought I'd see you again guardian killer." She spoke with a hint of danger.

Hawk though, remaining firm and quiet only stood straight in her presence. He looked to the chest and then back to her.
Though it clear she took in that Hawk hadn't killed any of the fallen in the camp she didn't want to just let him leave. In fact, Princess Vulkra pulled out all four of her blades and aimed them at lighthawk.
"Whatevers in the cache can wait guardian killer, I wont kill you today, but we have unfinished business to settle, prepare you arms!"
With that lighthawk was now dueling with the House of Loss's princess, and once former lover!
