Ella still shows none of the slightest care about me. I guess she just gradually got used to my presence.

Today's Saturday, and I'm going to pick Ella up later because I want to take her to an arcade date.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," I greeted her.

It's actually midday, but her eyes were sleepy as fuck. She even yawned.

"Let's have some lunch first, Lablab."

I said, fixing up her seatbelt.

"A new Samgyup house opened in the mall. We can go to the arcade after."

I told her. Only to notice she had already fallen asleep. Again.

She's always been like this. My sleepy passenger princess.

When we arrived at the mall's parking lot, I took some time to enjoy my favorite view. Ella is peacefully sleeping.

I woke her up with a gentle kiss on her cheek.

"What are you doing?"

She asked.

"Waking you up nicely," I chuckled.

"Aren't you starving? Let's go."

I said. Stealing a kiss again. I, then, immediately went out of my car to open the door for her.

Our food was ready, and I'm looking at her, smiling.

"Can you just eat? You're that happy to ruin my diet."
She rolled her eyes at me, and I just smiled at her again.

We finished our food and took a walk around the mall. I'm so used to having my arms intertwined with her.

We were just roaming around when I saw an ice cream store in the distance and asked Ella to get us some.

"Lablab, I want ice cream."

I said, pointing at the store.

"Go get it yourself. You're old enough to do so."
She said.

"Please," I said, pouting.

She scratched her head while marching towards the store.

She left me again. As if that's a surprise.

I decided to just wait for her outside the store.

She walked back to me with two cones of ice cream. One for each of us.

"Thank you, Lablab!"

I exclaimed, then I kissed her cheek.

I even saw her wiping away that kiss.

We sat on a bench not far away to finish our ice cream.

"Where are we going after this?"

She plainly asked.

"Arcade," I said, baby talking.

"Stop that, or I'm going home."

She said it coldly.

We played at the arcade for almost two hours. Ella seemed to enjoy it, too. She's so cute when she's laughing. I felt a pinch in my heart. She's never going to see me any more than just that annoying girl who always forces her to spend time with her.

I saw a photo booth, and we took some pictures. She's poker-faced in all our shots. We took two copies of our pictures, and I placed mine in my wallet. I also placed it on hers. She's obviously pissed now.

"Now, don't look at me like that."

I said as I placed a kiss on her cheek.

"I love you," I whispered to her.

As usual, she didn't say it back. I'm just happy to spend time with her.

The heat's still a bit scorching outside. I made Ella wear my cap so the sunlight wouldn't hurt her eyes.
I helped her get in my car and took her home.

"Thanks for today, Lablab."

I said this while hugging her.

"Wait, you left your bear."

I hurried to get the human-sized teddy bear in my backseat.

"What shall we name her?"

I asked, holding the bear.

"Do we have to? Thanks, by the way."

She complained, snatching the bear from me.

"You're both cute," I said.

"Stop flirting with me, Galanza. I'm going to get inside now. I'm tired."

She said. I shut the gate to my face.

Sometimes I want to pinch her for being like that, but I get to spend my afternoon with her. I guess that's a win, too.

I drove back to my condo to declutter my things. I was so tired I didn't notice; I had already fallen asleep.
