Staring into the void of the pitch-black space before her, the blue light in Raina Grace's palm continued to shimmer, leaving her momentarily disoriented: Who am I, where am I, what has happened? It was just a beam of light, yet how did Willow Wood vanish into thin air, leaving her standing alone, rooted to the spot? Surrounded by unfamiliarity, isolated and alone.

"Hey, Willow Wood, are you still there?" She called out in vain, sighing as she looked around. Which direction should she head in now?

Dizzy and disoriented, Raina Grace stumbled to one side, only to realize midway that it led to an abyss. She screamed, and in a moment of desperation, she used her elemental magnetic power to stabilize herself, narrowly avoiding a fate of falling into the endless depths—even though she was already beneath them.

Cold sweat broke out over Raina Grace, waking her up considerably. She was thankful that Flame Wave had taught her how to manipulate the elemental magnetic power here, making her more alert and determined not to take any more risks.

She couldn't believe that Willow Wood had led her down such a narrow path close to a cliff without a single warning, making her blindly follow him in the dark for so long. How did he manage to walk so steadily on such a path without a hint of hesitation, as if he had calculated every step, without any pause even at turns or forks, making Raina Grace believe they were on a flat road?

Now, Raina Grace was even more grateful to have a light source with her; otherwise, she couldn't have walked in the darkness as effortlessly as Willow Wood. She hoped what Willow Wood said was true—that the elemental magnetic light could attract Sky Whispers. Even if it was just Sky Whispers, they were more familiar with this abyss than she was on her first arrival. She wanted to get out and was willing to cooperate with Sky Whispers, rather than being led around by Willow Wood.

Raina Grace decided to return the way she came, at least not to continue in the direction Willow Wood had gone. However, as she tried to recall the way, she realized she had no idea which direction that was.

She had been so focused on extracting information from Willow Wood, with everything around her shrouded in darkness, that she hadn't paid any attention to her surroundings, not even noticing cliffs and precipices. Now, hugging the cliffside to stay safe but unable to stay there forever, the cold wind whistling through, chilling to the bone as if intending to freeze her to the cliffside. She dared not stay any longer and chose a direction to start walking.

Walking alone on an unknown, desolate path, Raina Grace couldn't help but let her thoughts wander. The abyss felt like a scar across her heart, a place she didn't want to remember or venture into, yet she found herself entangled with it repeatedly, now trapped within. Was the abyss also a scar on Elemental Magnetic Star, a natural formation, or the result of external forces? What secrets and monsters lay hidden within, or was it the site of a tragic past best left unrecalled?

Not knowing how long she had walked, the narrow path remained monotonous, with no change in the scenery, leading Raina Grace to wonder if she was merely walking in circles.

She deliberately made a mark on the cliffside with her elemental magnetic power to see if it would disappear, ensuring that the mark stayed put before continuing forward. Checking the cliffsides as she went, the absence of her mark indicated she was indeed moving forward.

This situation left Raina Grace feeling disoriented, reminiscent of past experiences trapped in darkness, seemingly without end. It reminded her of being confined in the Terra Grove's underground palace, with its maze-like layout and pitch-black environment similar to her current situation. It was only by finding the ancestral tree and piercing its thick bark with her blood that she managed to escape.
