"You need to leave!" He shouted, "Now Yunjin!" The airport air was cold. The environment was dim and it felt as though the spotlight was on the scene witnessed before Rue.
"What's going on?" Rue asked, caught in between both her childhood crush and her best friend. "Unnie... Heeseung... what's wrong?"
Yunjin smirked, closed her eyes and shook her head. She reopened them and looked into the eyes of Rue.
"Nothing is wrong. I was just leaving" she said with a grin as she flicked her hair and turned around. Yunjin took a couple steps before stopping. She turned only her head slightly to see the side of her face. The corner of her eye staring into Heeseung's.
"Oh and Heeseung... you messed with the wrong girl" she said slyly leaving the two alone in the situation. "You better watch your man Rue" she called out from ahead.
Rue was blank, she had no idea what just happened. She turned her head back to Heeseung with an anxious look.
"Ya Heeseung! What just happened?! Why is Yunjin saying you messed with wrong girl?! Why did she say that to me?! Why is her hair blonde?! Why is she here? Why with you?! Wait how do you even know eachother?!" She screamed, eyes on the verge of tears.
Heeseung sighed and looked down to meet the eyes of Rue who was obviously confused. "Rue I-"
Suddenly the airport speaker announced the final call for this flight number. Leaving him no choice but to have to board.
Heeseung sighed again feeling embarrassed and annoyed with the whole situation. "I- I have to board. Let's talk after I get back, okay?"
He started to walk away but Rue grabbed onto his arm stopping him. "No! Heeseung what just happened?" She said as tears started to fall down her cheeks.
Heeseung gently moved her hand off of his arm, and took a step towards her. He planted a gentle kiss on the top her forehead and walked away.
Rue stood in silence and frozen. Small tears dropped from her eyes. She was confused and felt her heart beating faster and faster. Not from the sudden action that her crush missed her forehead, but from confusion and stress.
Seeing her crush and her best friend together. As in, together-together of some sort confused her. She felt betrayed, anxious and confused.
