Can't Catch Me Now • Olivia Rodrigo
"I'm here, I'm there, I'm everywhere. But you can't catch me now"_______________________
Jay rushed Rue to the hospital. Her head slowly bleeding drops of blood from the rock knocking her out.
She lay down on his lap as she yelled at Heeseung to drive faster to the emergency hospital area.
Once they reached the emergency area, the doctors immediately took her away on a moving bed for emergency operation.
She was loosing blood, and fast. Jay followed them with his sister until he was no longer allowed any further.
He tightened his fists and started to cry. He was shaking. He was worried. He didn't know what just happened. One second dinner was amazing and the next thing everything went down.
Heeseung came up behind Jay and patted his back. It's now been the third time he's had to take Rue to the hospital. The first time being when she was only 13 and he was 17. Around the time he started hanging out with Jay.
Heeseung and Jay embraced into a hug that lasted a long moment before they broke it off. Before they decided to sit down in chairs in the waiting room.
"What just happened, Heeseung?" Jay asked in a softer tone than he had. He was clearly drained from all the adrenaline of rushing Rue to get emergency treatment.
"Remember, what I told you earlier. About what was going on between Rue and I?"
Jay nodded to what Heeseung was saying. "Well Yunjin she... the girl you invited for dinner. She was actually Yunjin. She's not Huh Yija..."
He went on. "I'm not sure why she's acting cut in this way lately. But she had a plan. For revenge on me, and she's taking it out on Rue."
Jay felt his heart shatter. He felt betrayed, he was slowly catching feelings for her. No, he caught feelings for her. He was stupid and instantly fell. He didn't want to believe what his friend was telling him.
"Your wrong" he replied, tone growing angry. "Why didn't you tell me at dinner it wasn't really who I thought it was?!"
"Because I wanted to see what her plan was. But now I guess I know part of it."
Jay punched Heeseung in the face. Leaving him shook, though he knew he deserved it. "And for that you put my sister in danger!"
"I'm sorry..."
Jay sighed and released his fist. He turned away from Heeseungs gaze and looked down.
"I'm sorry too... I know you guys like each other. I noticed your feelings before you did. Back when we were seniors about to graduate"Heeseung looked at his friend confused.
"You liked her Heeseung. But you got caught up in all this drama. And now you have her caught up in it" he added looking back to meet Heeseung's gaze.
"She's the one right?"
Heeseung nodded.
"She is. And I owe her. It's my father's fault she ended up this way, so I feel like I owe her" he sighed looking down at his hands which were growing into fists.
"You're not your father, Hee. You know that, right?" Jay told him. Heeseung nodded
his head."I know, but I still feel guilty. After all, my father is the reason why her family is dead..."

In the surgery room, Rue had been bandaged up and given lots of fluids. The doctors had to operate very carefully on her head, as the rock had caused some damage.
She was resting on the patient bed in the room. The anesthesia was gradually leaving. Her mind was conscious, though she was still weak.
From the corner of her eye, she saw all the doctors leaving the operation. Her eyes slowly blinking to get clear views.
She saw someone walk in wearing all black, and a face mask. But they were not a doctor. The person handed the doctor a small note and whispered in her ears.
Rue could hardly see anything that was going on. She was dizzy and confused. Why did everyone leave alone here? Will they come back for me?
The last doctor who took the note from the mysterious person walked out. Leaving Rue alone weak in the operating room with an unidentified person.
They walked up to Rue and stood above her face, looking down at her eyes. Which were blinking and hardly able to stay open.
All she could see was a blur above her. A persons shadow. Just as Rue was about to fully shut her eyes, the figure above her become clear.
She softly gasped before she was pulled out of the bed. Unconscious, weak, and tired. She was unaware of what was about to happen to her.

A doctor came out of the surgery room and walked up to Jay and Heeseung who were anxiously waiting for any updates.
"She's okay. She's regained consciousness, but she's weak and lost a lot of blood. Luckily the rock she was hit with didn't go through. It only hit from the side," she continued.
"Thank you," Jay responded.
She looked around to make sure no one else was around to witness what she was about to tell them. She leaned in and gestured for them to do the same.
"This is for you," she whispered handing them a a small note in an envelope. She eyed them carefully as they took the note before she walked away without anything more.
Heeseung carefully opened the envelope and immediately closed it. Tightening his grip on it.
Jay looked at him concerned. He reached and took the envelope from Heeseung and immediately did the same reaction as him. They both walked away in a storm, following what the note said.
"Come to the rooftop unless u want to loose everything"
