Kiaria was instructed to remain at the estate for the rest of the week to familiarize herself with the surroundings and the staff. With ample free time on her hands, she explored the estate and kept in touch with Helena and Joseph via video calls.

She learned that her guardians had received their vaccines and were feeling much improved, as were the townspeople. Meanwhile, Cassie remained bedridden with a high fever, likely from overexertion after seeing Kiaria off. Despite her reassurances of being fine, the vastness of the estate made it challenging for her guardians to locate her. She had also informed them about the spiritual contract's intricacies, cautioning against violating its rules to avoid unintended consequences.

Contrary to her guardians' concerns, the minister made no advances towards her, leaving Kiaria to ponder his intentions. Maybe he is really not interested in young girls like me, she mused to herself.

Boredom soon set in, and Kiaria felt her brain stagnating from lack of activity, despite her efforts to familiarize herself with the estate.

Deciding to take matters into her own hands, Kiaria summoned a servant to request Jax's contact information.

The servant flusters, saying she doesn't have his number. They normally go through her supervisor. Then, she approaches the supervisor and she says she reports to the main caretaker. Kiaria goes to the caretaker begrudgingly, and the caretaker re-directs her to the butler. Hence, Kiaria walks to the main area of the estate and calls for the butler.

She finally reached the butler and demanded the minister's number.

"Hello, Mr. Butler, I need the minister's number," she asserted impatiently.

"Certainly. Let me contact his secretary," the butler replied calmly, though Kiaria's irritation was palpable.

Impatient to speak directly with Jax, Kiaria seized the phone and addressed the secretary brusquely, unaware that her outburst was broadcasted on speakerphone.

Kiaria immediately snatches the phone over and talks rudely to the secretary. "Hi, Kiaria here if you don't know. I have approached 4 different staff to speak to Minister Sir Alexjax so if I don't get to talk to him I'm going to explode."

"Hello Kiaria. I hear you loud and clear." Kiaria blushes. She didn't know the secretary turned on the speaker mode while the minister was with him.

"Oh... I apologize for raising my voice. Sorry about my attitude," she backpedalled sheepishly.

Undeterred, Kiaria implored the minister to provide her with something meaningful to occupy her time, lamenting the wastage of her intellect.

"What is it regarding?"

"Give me something to do. I'm bored and rotting at home. My big brains are going to be useless at the rate you're using it."

"Haha. Okay sure. I'll come back tonight to discuss more with you."

"Sir, you do have an evening meeting—" the butler interjected, only to be cut off by Jax's decisive command to cancel the engagement and reschedule it for Kiaria's benefit.

As the day dragged on with little to occupy her, Kiaria sought solace in the estate's library, where she stumbled upon an intriguing book titled "The Purpose of Possessors." The author posited that possessors might be descendants of angels sent to protect humanity during times of turmoil, challenging the prevailing notion that they were inherently malevolent. The book explains that possessors were initially thought to be the devil's descendants; for the bad ones exploited the vulnerable and weak for their gains.

"However, what if they were descendants of angels who wanted to come down to protect humans? In times of decadent chaos, war, and injustice?"

Kiaria rubbed her eyes and tried to stay awake. This book must be boring me out. She closes her eyes for a while and suddenly, she drifts off to sleep again.

Struggling to stay awake, Kiaria's eyelids drooped, and she drifted off to sleep, only to awaken in a dreamlike garden with figures resembling Cassie and the minister. The idyllic scene evoked a desire within her to assist humanity directly, prompting a cryptic exchange between the Cassie figure and the minister figure.

Kiaria was in a garden, lying down and leaning on a man's stomach. She springs up to sit and looks at him. He looks like...Cassie. Then she sees there is another person next to them, who looks like the minister. "Come on. Just rest. Great Mother won't get mad at us if we are slightly late," Cassie comments. Kiaria observes that he was wearing Greek-like white clothing which made him look great. On the other hand, she was wearing a white gown with a flower crown on her head. The garden was beautiful with many different flowers and a fountain whose water moved elegantly without the splashing sound. She looks over to the minister and sees that he is viscerally stunning, with his hair blending into their clothing. They looked like angels to her.

"How beautiful would it be if I got to live with humans and directly help them with their issues," Kiaria comments innocently.

"Angels can't mingle with humans for too long," says the Cassie lookalike.

"I'll make it happen if you want it," the minister lookalike comments.

"Cassie?" She opens her eyes to see the female staff next by her side, calling her name. Awakening from her reverie, Kiaria was startled by her gentle voice, signalling the passage of time.

"You have been asleep for very long. The sun has already descended."

"Oh my god." Kiaria comments.  Hurriedly, she joined the waiting minister outside, plagued by the memory of her vivid dream.

"Seems like you enjoy taking naps in the evening." Kiaria has an inkling feeling that the minister enjoys seeing her get annoyed with him.

"Yes. Apologies for the delay."

As they sat down for dinner, Kiaria found herself unable to shake off the odd dream, despite Jax's attempts to engage her in conversation.

"So as we were discussing over the phone earlier. What would you like to do?"

"Um. I can do any kind of work. I think I will be fine."

"You can be a cleaner."

Kiaria frowns.

"I meant work that mentally stimulates my brain."

"You can do data entry for the Serg government."

Kiaria frowns, again.

"Are you underestimating my ability to do work?"

Jax smirks.

"If I gave you work and you failed to carry it out, you will only be seen as a product of nepotism."

"I am different from others. I can do work."

"Well okay, if you say so. Just saying, that the health ministry is quite strict about such matters and they won't hesitate to criticise you or lodge a complaint about you to me. Since you have big brains, I would like you to map out the number of possessors in Serg as well as their health conditions."

This was a challenging task within the Serg government's health ministry, albeit with a warning about the potential consequences of failure.
