Moonlit Waves (Vaporeon x Umbreon)

Moonlit Waves Pt 2

Wave's POV:

That's not good. 

I looked over at my new friend, Moon, and nudged her to get her attention. She looked over at me, her face covered with worry. 

"It's okay, Moon. I'll make sure we get out of this." I told her, forcing a smile on my face. 

"O-okay." She nodded, looking back up at the scary mon on the roof. (I think he was a Thievul). 

Why does he want to take over the ship? I wondered. 

"What do you want!?" The big blue Pokémon (I think his name was Suicune) said. 

The Thievul laughed. "I want the ship." His face grew more scary and serious. "The ship and the stones."

"Why would you want the stones?" The big fire Pokémon (Entei I think) asked. 

"Because I said so." The dark type then motioned forward with his head. He said something I couldn't hear, but after he did another Thievul jumped down from the roof and landed in the crowd of Pokémon. She looked around, smiling. 

"Who's first?" She asked showing her teeth.

The crowd tried to run away but a bunch of smaller but similar looking mon (I think they were Nickits) kept them from running. Since everymon was distracted, I decided to come up with a plan. 

"Moon. Follow me." 

We both snuck to the back of the stage and jumped down. I looked around and saw there was a door. I motioned for Moon to follow me and we walked over to the large metal door. I pushed it open, surprised to find it unlocked, and we stepped inside the long dark hallway. Moon quickly took the lead and began walking down the corridor. She looked back at me many times to make sure I was following. 

"So Moon," I began, wanting to start a conversation with the pretty Eevee. "what Eeveelution were you planning on evolving into?" 

"An Umbreon." She replied without hesitation. 

"Oh cool! I don't see many Umbreons around. I'd bet you'd be an awesome Umbreon!"

"Thank you!" She turned and looked at me over her shoulder. "What one are you going to evolve into?"

"A Vaporeon! With water powers so I can stop bad guys and stuff!"

Moon laughed and I joined her. We continued walking until we heard a noise behind us. We both stopped and turned around to see one of the Nickits standing at the end of the hallway. He smiled at us, displaying his sharp teeth. 

"Where do you think you're going?" He asked. 

I looked at Moon and we both began running. I could hear the dark type's pawsteps behind us as he gave chase, getting closer and closer. 

"Where do we go?" I asked Moon. 

"There!" She said, running towards an open window. 

I followed her as fast as I could through the small gap and she hurriedly closed it behind us. We both let out sighs of relief. 

"Not so fast little ones. We can't have any escapees, now can we?" 

I turned around to see the same female Thievul that had jumped into the crowd staring at us while licking her lips. She gave us a wicked grin before lunging at us, jaws wide. I jumped to the left and Moon jumped to the right. I quickly ran down the deck with Moon close behind. 

"Argh! Get back here!" The mon roared.   

Running down the deck, I didn't really know where to go. As I was running I noticed we were coming to the edge of the deck, where railing stopped any Pokémon from falling off. Me and Moon both stopped and tried to look around for a way out but there wasn't one.
