XI: True 'Ending'

Third POV

The previous evening ended as a blur for Izuku post-climax.

They had their banquet, yet after that moment in the room Izuku and Katsuki didn't even look each other in the eye.

Now, May 14th had arrived.

The day of the official signing.

Izuku was busy getting dressed for the final signing.

Just then, a knock sounded at his door, telling whoever it was to come in.

In came Todoroki, hair still messily and fumbling around with his suit tie.

"I see someone had a pleasant evening." Izuku hummed, looking at Todoroki through his vanity mirror, "After all that ogling you and Sero did with each other I'd sure hope so."

"It wasn't like that. We only slept in the same room." Todoroki answered, though a faint blush was scattered along his cheeks and the bridge of his nose.

"What about you? You and Bakugo were pretty late and somewhat distant after the fact during the banquet."

Handing over a hairbrush and scooting over so Todoroki could sit as well, Izuku gave him a guilty look.

"Honestly Todoroki, I think I'm ready to move on..." Izuku mumbled, watching how Todoroki's mouth dropped into an 'oh'.

"I got my closure, and it's about time we started acting like we aren't together, anyway." Izuku seemed to ramble, though his tone went lower and lower,  "In a few months from now, Haru will be two, and that means we'd been divorced for nearly two years."

Still a bit stunned, Todoroki morphed his face from flabbergasted to neutral.

"Right, of course..."

He then patted Izuku's shoulder, trying to appear as supportive.

Though, Todoroki couldn't possibly imagine how Katsuki would take this.

Eventually, when the time came to being fashionably late, Todoroki was the first to enter, followed by Izuku.

Inside the large traditional Japanese styled office, all gathered around the table, while Katsuki and Izuku sat next to each other.

Three documents were set in place, all for Haru's sake.

Document one, which declared Haru the rightful and only heir of the Bakugo Mob Family as of this moment in time. Declaring until he is of age or his paternal figure Katsuki Bakugo, the present head of the family and his maternal figure Izuku Midoriya, long-standing high ranking member of the family are no longer in the picture, Haru Bakugo will be left in charge of everything under the Bakugo Family name.

Document two, which secured all present birthrights and future rights under the Bakugo name and affluence. Present territories, future signed over territories, all their assets both liquidated and not will be for Haru Bakugo's both public and private use, with little limitations once he has fully adopted the role of the head of the Bakugo Family.
