Weiss eventually kicks us all out, Yang and Ruby going their separate ways from Sun and I. Come to think of it, we haven't really talked much, have we?

I turn to look at Sun, and he's giving me a him blank look that I can't quite get a bead on. I look him over for a second before stammering, "Uh... something in my ear?"

He sighs, "You have no idea, do you?"

I blink a couple of times at him before he beckons me to walk with him, "Uh... what? What do I have no idea about?"

We come to a halt in the walkway, and he grabs my shoulder, "Come on, we need to talk."

Before I can even even argue back, he jolts off, dragging me with him.

We find ourselves on the roof of one of the dorm buildings. It's honestly super quiet. Pretty serene. Sun walks a few feet away before plopping down on top of the railing, looking back at me with a look that's curious above all else.

I scoff a bit before crossing my arms, I feel my ears perk up to give away my matching curiosity, "What? Gonna ask me to the dance if Blake doesn't show?" I joke.

He laughs a bit before shaking his head, "No, but that's super funny! We should talk more. Actually, I was wondering who you're going with."

"Who I'm going with?" I ask back. I look around a little awkwardly before shrugging a bit, "I didn't plan on going with anyone. Why?"

I unintentionally feel myself get a bit guarded. Whatever he's getting at, I'm not picking up on it.

Sun chuckles a bit, "Sooo why not go with Ruby?"

I pause for a second after hearing him say that. After I fully process what he's said, I feel my posture relax slightly, and my ears leave their alert position, "What?"

He hops off the railing and paces back and forth a little, "Yea! I mean, you're both going alone, right? And you two seem... close. Why not?"

"Well..." I start, before whatever sentence I had planned, falls dead on my tongue. As I just now begin to realize what he's implying. I feel my face heat up a bit before I fake cough and turn away, "W-Well, I'm sure she's got someone else she's going with already."

Sun scoffs, "Dude! She only talks to you guys and the people who hang out with you guys. Have you even asked if she's going with anyone?"

I look at him with a bit of an awkward 'please get me out' look before I sigh, "No, I haven't."

"Ask!"

I blink once, "Like... right now?"

He facepalms before groaning a bit, "You may be completely hopeless."

I shake my head a bit, "W-Wait, why do you think I wanna go with her anyway?"

He sighs, before turning back to me, leaning back against the railing again, "What do you think of her?"

After a few confused moments, I clear my throat, "Just in general?" I ask.

Sun nods, not specifying, and motions for me to continue.

I gather my thoughts for a second, but my mind immediately wanders to the time we spent in the dorm after the shipping dock. How warm I felt around her, how comforting she was. This whole... 'thing' with my semblance melting away and becoming an afterthought. It was so pleasant.

I let a deep breath go, and begin pacing back and forth, "I think she's a fantastic person, and an even better leader. Always fun to be around. I think she's super comforting, pleasant, and someone I wanna be more like."
