Paige's POV
'Whoa, this school was huge' I thought to myself. I had just moved to San Diego from North Carolina and this school was huge compared to my last school. I walked into the school and the halls were already packed with students.
I somehow manage to find my home room class. Everyone seemed annoyed that school started again but I didn't mind, moving from school to school every 2 years or so makes it that way.
I'm sat next to a group of people who seemed nice.
"Hey, you new here?" The girl sitting closest to me asked.
"Yeah. My names Paige. I just moved here from North Carolina." I asked. 'God I sound stupid'.
"Cool. Names Janis, and this is Luke, Sue, Sam, and Tom." The girl said gesturing to the group of people I'm sitting next to, 2 boys and 2 girls. 'Maybe I can have friends. Let's not think that far ahead.' I look at the 5 people who all smile at me. I smile back.
The bell rings and everyone gets up and packs they're bags and leaves. "Hey, do you know where Mrs Moore's English class is?" I ask, not knowing where any of my upcoming classes are.
"Looks like we're in the same class. Follow me Paige." One of the girls tells me, Sam. I follow because I have no idea where I'm going.
We arrive shortly after leaving home room, the class just down the hall. As we enter, I see I really pretty girl. 'I wonder who that is'
"Who's that? In the back." I ask, clueless to the verbal warning I'm about to get.
"That's Lilly. You don't really want to mess with her. She's a massive jerk who's high most of the time and loves to cause problems." Sam says.
'Oh shit, was not expecting that'
